Agreed cost was over $200/hr for 3 workers. 2 out of the 3 were pretty fast, the other was more interested in chatting. Group was late because their truck wouldn’t start (unexpected cold weather) but they did rent one and show up. However, they forgot to load some of their supplies and asked my friend to go to Harbor Freight for them and buy some straps. The second portion of the job was worse. They got the truck stuck at the bottom of the driveway, after which the owner (the fastest of the 3) got on the phone to deal with it while the other 2 carried items up the driveway. They eventually used a jack my husband had and did get the truck unwedged but everything took so much longer than it should have. When the deal is for 3 workers, 3 should be working throughout the move. That didn’t happen and the cost was not reduced. Even so, my preference was to leave the whole ordeal in the past. However, last Friday afternoon (over 6 months after the move) the check I wrote them (almost $1600) was cashed FOR THE SECOND TIME - I'm told the first was done via mobile so the actual check wasn’t surrendered to their bank. It was a major hassle and it took a few days before my bank reversed the charges. If they didn't know before, they surely should know now that they created a situation I had to deal with. I’ve heard nothing from them. At best, they are highly unprofessional. Not cool.

We are so glad we hired Cool Movers. Devon and Scott were great in every way. They handled our furnitures with care and very professional. We will hire Cool Movers again! Thank you guys!!

We hired them to move some furniture from downstairs, up, and some from upstairs, down. They came on time and worked very efficiently. They were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.

What can I say? They are professional, hard working, life savers. My husband had knee surgery and hurt his shoulder, so he can't move stuff around.We moved here to East Tennessee last year and still haven't unpacked. Cool Movers came in and helped out.They did a great job.Reasonable prices and very understanding.Thank you very much.

Chose the rent your own truck option with hired help. These guys moved two apartments, one being upstairs, into one three story house in five hours flat. Quick and courteous employees. No complaints, would recommend and will use again.

Showed up 45 minutes late.Moved at a very slow pace- myself and a helping hand ended up moving about 60% of the stuff down to the truck- with taking breaks between trips. (Which wasn't a ton as we have already moved a good amount of stuff over to house in prior weeks)They did a good job packing the truck and not damaging anything in the move.They charge by hour- which is why they likely milked a 2.5 Hour Job to 4.5 Hours. (Also asked what my form of payment would be twice before job was done which seemed odd / unprofessional).Thought it would have been cheaper to rent a Uhaul and hire people to help move, but would have ended up being about the same to just hire a moving company with a truck and half the work.Recommend using the Angry Ducks movers. I used them to move into apartment and they unloaded a 20” truck up 3 flights of stairs in about 40 minutes! Or use these guys but pay for the job not by hour.

Devin and James were very polite and eager to please. They delivered everything intact and in the proper place. We have a lot of stairs and they unloaded everything with a smile. Our off-load was fast and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

Cool Movers is the best moving company around. Devin, the company owner, is a very responsive and polite guy. They show up on time and take care of all your belongings. Their pricing is very reasonable and customer service is excellent. If you need to move, Cool Movers is the only choice!

Not only was the company very responsive and willing to work with our schedule, but they sent the BEST two young men to move furniture for us. They were very easy with the furniture, most of which is antique. They were very polite and communicated thoroughly with us throughout the day. We didn't have an easy job as we were rearranging furniture in the house from one floor to another but also moving furniture out of storage to the house. They could not have been more respectful or professional. I will recommend Cool Movers to anyone that aks!
