First visit at Concord Vet. Dr. Lisa Sulewski and groomer Annie were wonderful. My dog Mika is a rescue and doesn't like being handled, but they made sure she was comfortable and even called when she needed more medication. I really appreciated that! We will definitely will be using Concord in the future.

On Saturday, 10-19-24, I had to pay a visit to Concord Veterinary Hospital for urgent care. It was a little different because they have construction going on but that didn't effect the level of professionalism and care we received. We were brought into a room and given paperwork to fill out, since my primary care vet is closed on the weekend. Adrianna came in and went over the symptoms my dog was having then Dr. Lisa came in for the exam. They both were gentle, caring and loving to my dog and listened to every concern I had.
Thank you Dr. Lisa and Adrianna for taking such good care of my baby and making us feel like we had been coming there for years.
I would highly recommend Concord Veterinary Hospital in Farragut if you have Urgent care needs on the weekend or as a regular vet. Thank you again!!! Riley gives you 5 ?????

This past weekend, my husband and I brought in our kitty, Little Bear, when Concord Veterinary Hospital was in its urgent care role. Having been to multiple emergency vet clinics over the years, I classify Concord Veterinary Hospital as giving us the best emergency/urgent care experience I've ever had. They were transparent about pricing, exceedingly patient as I loquaciously explained Little Bear's history and current health troubles, and gentle and loving toward Little Bear. Dr. McKee, the veterinary technician, and the receptionist were all friendly and clearly animal lovers. They expertly brought our kitty girl to a stable state so that our regular vet (in Maryville, where we live) can continue efforts to restore Little Bear to full health. If my husband and I lived in Knoxville, we'd be using Concord Veterinary Hospital full-time. Thank you!

I enjoyed my visit at Concord Veterinary Hospital. Dr Roth was exceptional. I thought she listened very closely to my concerns. She was very kind, compassionate and understood that my pet is my family. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the subject matter. She encouraged me as pet owner. I feel confident that my dog’s needs are in the right hands.

We had our Great Dane taken care of by this hospital. They were fantastic. Polite, responsive, helpful and very kind during the end of life care for our dog. I cannot recommend Lisa Suleweski highly enough.

I have 2 dogs that have been receiving medical care at this facility since the day I brought them home. I always thought it was wild how these dogs, according to someone, always have a long list of shots to be administered. This strikes me as odd seeing as how I had dogs that lived 14 years, only 2 shots annually and ate like a raccoon. Why so many shots? I think you know why.
The crux of this review is this…
Took my dog in due to excessive weight loss. She dropped from 100 to 65 lbs. or so in no time. Lethargy and excessive h2o uptake was the obvious concern. While getting examined, there was no mention of her possibly having diabetes or any other ailment that could explain her current state at that time. She had a bowel movement on the floor in the exam room and it was all blood, no stool. Very concerning and heartbreaking.
At that moment, I realized she was in dire need of medical care or an alternative. They told they would do whatever it take…(not quite that means since she didn’t follow up with to save her life or make her well). Instead of telling me the truth of the matter and being transparent about the situation, the dr provided me with an exam, blood draw and as always, a plethora of meds. Brought her home only to watch her get worse by the hour. So, my wife took my dog back down to the vet where they proceeded to do testing, administered an iv and suggested hospitalization. They knew full well she wasn’t going to make it but, they provided unneeded treatment. It was the last visit in which they told my wife the dog needed to be euthanized. It was only after 2 visits and almost $1,800 later the obvious suggestion was made. So, my wife took the advice and did what was best.
So here we are with the balance due and I no longer have my dog. They failed to provide reasonable and prudent care. They also breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealings. They knew without a doubt that my dogs life had reached the end and once they got a ton of money out of me, that wasn’t necessary for us to pay, they made the decision to euthanize.
These people should be ashamed of themselves. It’s just a money grab for them. That’s it. Unreasonable “care” and lying to patients about the true status of their pets health is unacceptable. I tried to address my concerns with the owner by leaving a voicemail for a returned call but, they have failed to call me back. Only guilty people hide and don’t want to be confronted about their practices. That’s okay. I’ll give her 1 more week to return my call before I make a phone call that will hold them to account.
I will no longer be taking my other dog to this vet

I want to start with a heartfelt thank you to Dr Edmunds and Jacob! Concord Veterinary Hospital was highly recommended for outstanding care and customer service. My dog Karma is over 100 pounds and has a severe anxiety problem with strangers. The information was shared and special accommodations were put in place for Karmas arrival. Jakob came to the car to assist and took Karma directly to a treatment room.
Dr. Edmunds was amazing in her ability to reassure Karma, obtain 2 biopsies and administer vaccines with Jacob's assistance.
Dr Edmunds is the first practioner who addressed Karmas anxiety and prescribed a mild sedative for her next visit. Karma is 7 years old.
The Concord team is a standout. They are not task driven. They are problem solvers and outcome driven!
Again, thank you Dr Edmunds and Jacob.

Great staff, everyone is super cool. Had an emergency couple times and they squeezed us in same day. They are not charging an arm and a leg, very reasonable. Place is clean, the wait is short.

We had to take 2 of our puppies that got sick to the ER in Knoxville. Whatever they were sick with killed their sister the day before hours after showing symptoms. As it turned out, they had parvo. The ER kennels were full of parvo patients, so they told us that we would need to take home their parvo outpatient kit which would cost up to 1000 dollars a dog. Since it was a lot of money and the survival chance was so low they suggested that we call to see if another vet could give us a more affordable quote. We called every vet in the area that was open and was turned down, even our own vet that I have taken several of my animals to said that they wouldn't help me because they hadn't seen these two particular dogs. I had no idea what to do. Then I saw that this vet was open and called. Since I could verify the emergency room visit they sold me the parvo outpatient kits that were specific to my dogs for 140 dollars. As of yesterday, almost a week later both dogs that I thought were going to die are out eating, running, drinking, playing with chickens. I am grateful to prayer and Concord Veternary Hospital for helping when nobody else would. I will be going to them for all of our animal needs in the future.
