Cleanliness service and guilty all 5 stars. This place was amazing. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. VERY surprised at the size of the rooms.

A typical Comfort Suites facility. The halls and common areas needed new carpet. The carpet in our room was stained and worn but clean. Beds were super comfy. Mini-frig was not very cold even at the highest setting. We had some issues at checking in as the reservation & reward acct. were in my name but the credit card was my daughter's. We were told that they had to have all information to match the payment person. We couldn't figure out why as we stay at Comfort chains almost exclusively and have never had that issue. Eventually, they found an option for "daughter staying in same room" but it took some time to actually get into our room. Breakfast was the standard rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage links and make your own waffles. I really wish Comfort hotels offered quality tea bags as the generic ones they all offer are absolutely horrible. Otherwise, the juice was actually a well-balanced water ratio and the breakfast foods were replenished quickly and the area was very clean.

Room smelled like urine. Even the air freshener couldn't hide the stench in the lobby. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Been here a few times only improvement they need to make is repair it vet shower ceiling in bathroom.

BEWARE!! We booked a room online well in advance of an event in Knoxville and were denied upon arrival because we "live too close," we live an hour away. The manager "isn't taking phone calls," which was not helpful at all. My husband and I were not the only people suffering same fate this night. I travel often. I will NEVER use Choice hotels again. May your fiscal year suck, sir.

The room was spacious and clean, the only issue I had was the open shower that drains in the middle of the floor. I did not book a handicapped room. I did have the microwave glass plate shatter in 2 while heating up food. Just replace the microwave and all good. I'd stay here again, would just make sure not an open shower unit.

The staff there are amazing! The rooms are comfortable and it's location is good for all the stores I service. It's one of my new go tos!!

The pool area was SOO clean!!! Almost everything was the cleanest we have experienced over our two weeks on the road. Things that mattered had been updated. Best night sleep I had in 10 days even though we could hear the nearby traffic somewhat. Staff was very kind.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The WiFi was very fast, the breakfast was really good and had a wonderful variety. the housekeeping and breakfast staff were very friendly and the lady that checked my mom and I in was also very friendly.Rooms: The rooms had plenty of space to move aroundSafety: They lock the doors after 11PM and guests have to use their key card when the doors are locked

Awesome hotel convenient location right off I-75. Jillian at the front desk is the best. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always a great experience. Room is always clean and spacious. Free breakfast in morning is good would be nice if it included potatoes. Breakfast offerings included bakery items, eggs, sausage patties, make your own blueberry or plain waffles. Indoor pool is nice. Jillian really is the best and keeps me stopping at this hotel during my travels.

Did not even get the chance to stay there. Front desk management is deplorable. I was spoken to like a little child and was not in the least bit taken seriously. And then there is a back and forth about a "no-show" policy that charges your card, even if you call ahead and advise that there is a date issue created on their end? The management not supervisor did not even try to help with a date change and expected for me to drive my foster child 4 hours at 2 AM, CST. I've stayed at other Comfort Inn's that are much more respectful, courteous, and helpful. I would not recommend staying there unless you are okay with being talked down to, room and rate changes last minute, and overall arrival date changes!

We checked in late the ladies at the front were very kind and helpful. We got off the elevator carpets were very stained and dirty. Opened up our room door I thought it had an odd order wasn't sure what that smell was. We were sitting and relaxing and noticed on the bottom half of the bed had sperm on it. Immediately went to the front desk and told them what was happening. They Immediately closed off the room and gave us a new room. Thank you for that. But yet again the same thing. White substance on the bottom half of the bed. So gross. My husband took a rag and wiped it off. I wanted to let them know again. But we didn't. The tubsounded like we were goi g to fall through it. No support under the tub. Will not stay at a comfort in again. Not sure what they do with all the bad reviews maybe toss them off the page? When my husband was looking at the reviews not one bad one.

The room was huge! It even had a sitting area. They had a very nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.
