I'm cheap yet I like nice things! I love getting my work clothes here! It's like my ADHD brain created it. So organized! Also, I found a bag i loved, went back 3 wks later, and asked about it . The young lady spent 15 minutes searching until she found it in the back!!

hi! so i’m new to Knoxville and love fashion!
I came by yesterday to drop off when they opened. The lady told me it would take 30 min to review. I came back 30 min later and she said she hadn’t started and she had 2 customers in front of me. I asked what time they closed. She said 8. I came back at 7:45 and they told me they stopped buying at 7 and couldn’t help me.
I came back this morning and they told me they didn’t want my items. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have told me that last night? How many times have I had to come back here…
do not go here!

I stopped by to check out the bag selection and wasn’t disappointed! Lots and lots of very cute bags; prices were on the higher end for a thrifting experience, so I would go here when I’m looking to treat myself, rather than a regular weekly/biweekly thing. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The clothing brands on racks had lots of variety and quality, ranging from Shein to Marc Jacobs (at least from what I saw from my one visit). It is organized by size and then color. There’s more expensive designer brands in glass cases and behind the register as well. I’m sure there were other notable gems but I only checked out my sizes. Good selection of cute athletic wear. Shoes looked to be in good condition and lots of cute styles.
I think the only thing I would say besides the average prices being on the higher end, is that it’s a little overwhelming trying to look at all the jewelry as it’s not sorted by quality/style, packaged with the store’s brand packaging that is a little bit distracting from the actual pieces themselves, and mostly placed on pegs front to back. It would be easier to look at them if they were in a case or revolving towers since you wouldn’t have to remove almost a whole peg of jewelry to look at something in the back. I also personally have certain metal allergies so it would be nice if the higher quality items were separated in their own case so it’s easier to differentiate the metals and if they would be safe for me to use worry free. This isn’t the end of the world by any means, and could be considered not an issue for other people, but it would definitely make the shopping experience easier and thought I’d mention it.
Other than that, I had a lovely time checking out the store and bought a really pretty bag, and see myself coming back when I want to treat myself! Thanks!

This store was clean, super organized, and had an array of sizes. From xxs to 4xl.
The prices were very reasonable and the ladies were very friendly and made me feel comfortable

A really unique experience. You have to go there to experience it. They are a consignment shop so products are changing all the time. It's whatever they get in. Many times it's vintage stuff from clothing to furniture to dishes along with all the little things. It's hard to describe. You have to go to experience it.

The amount of money this company pays for high end clothing is not respectable. I've been selling to this place for about 3 years now, I usually bring in 2 bags after every season and the items I sell are for the upcoming season. I am from Los Angeles California and actually used to manage a huge consignment business out there called Crossroads which some of you are familiar with: Everything I have brought in for the past 3 years is 100% on trend for the upcoming season and in perfect condition, I am a true fashionista at heart and this is one of my hobbies. Needless to say, I've been making a passive income off selling my clothes for over 10 years and moving to Knoxville definitely slowed down that passive income due to demand. At first this company literally would buy almost everything and then all the sudden about 6 or 7 months ago things completely changed. My style and quality product I brought in was about the only thing that had not changed. There are very young people that work there that are clearly not properly trained on how to buy in product. I come from this line of work and inspection of fabric to stitching is a must. I've noticed very heavily that these young employees maybe high school, are taking in product that is not of quality...therefore I end up donating the items they don't take. I stopped selling there and decided to shop there only and was just as disappointed. The product to buy here is very different from 3 years ago. This place used to be filled with high quality brands and now swims in the Wal-Mart No boundaries brand as well as Old Navy items. I will never pay $15 for a very used top from Old Navy, I can go to their store and get a brand new item for just a tad more. The styles they are buying in are for a very young, crop top wearing, mother telling you to go change, no hip accentuation style which is just cheap. This store 3 years ago was my absolute favorite because it served women like me, 32 years old with a great sense of style with elegance and distinction. That no longer exists at this store and I am no longer a customer.

The store rack was so tight I had to fight to look at anything. There were some items that were trashed and should have been removed. Your prices are higher than any other resale store. The amount offered for items from Sax and Macys was not worth my 40 minute drive to your store. Very disappointing!

I like how organized and easy to find your size the store was. Although the prices for the clothes were very high. I did not trade any clothes in, so I can’t comment on that.

Honestly I feel like it's a good concept. Very poorly executed. I feel like your system needs major improvements. If you're aiming for a good customer experience you need to work on your accepting and selling clothes process. We need to know when exactly to pick up clothes before you just accept to sell them or donate. How much each item is and how much we get a return on *BEFORE* coming into the store. It is not fair to expect anyone to be able to just come back and pick up clothes. Everyone has busy lives, tight schedules, and things come up. If something comes up in my life and I am unable to drive 45 mins back to your shop to see my offer and pick up my clothes, only to find out you already accepted multiple of the items which originally all were well over $100(each) for less than half of that. I understand you feel you reached out multiple times but I do not think a lousy text message saying " your clothes are ready for pick up" and one Voice mail does it justice. There are airlines that go to extreme efforts to return lost items to you - gaining nothing from it. I have read some other reviews and have seen your longer responses back and I don't agree with them. You should be more willing to adapt and change to make the customer experience better. I feel like I lost hundreds of dollars and my time to go there and back- please improve your process.

Disappointed in the service here, if your looking for professional service this is not the place to go. Please change or clarify your policies before stealing my clothes! Thanks. ?
