The very rude woman at the register.a blonde... not the owner... refused to sell.me anything. And pushed me with her hand in my back and I took a couple steps and was then I opened the door and she scraped my hip pushing the door on me...I couldn't tell her because she locked the door and was talking on phone...she refused to serve me and assaulted me...I'm on a cane and disabled and 61 years old female....

Stopped to gas up on our way home from Gatlinburg. Ladies restroom was out of order so had to use the men's restroom. It was utterly disgusting. Management needs to address this.

So disappointed. Shopped there regularly since moving to Knoxville and frequently buy gas there. Tried to exchange the lp tank i bought there. Cashier rang up as a tank purchase and had to cancel purchase. Rerang as exchange and card declined. Tried again and declined. I went to the pump and the card worked fine. Checked my phone and my bank requested in store transactions be fraud verified. I verified then asked the clerk to try again. He refused and told me to take my business elsewhere. I offered to show him the message from my bank showing the card was ok to use and he refused to serve me. Very rude. They've lost a customer forever. I was never rude for the record.
