This was my first experience with Christmas Lumber. They didn't have what I needed in stock but said they could get me a quote and order it. I received a call back within 30 min with a very fair price. They took payment over phone and said it would take about a week. They called me the next day to let me know my order was in (they said we got lucky on this one)! I'm very pleased with their professionalism and plan to do more business here!

We bought some lumber that was only available in 16 foot lengths. They offered to cut it to 8 foot lengths so we could get it in our van. They cut it off so badly that the boards were almost unusable. Chipped and not measured closely.We

These days, I believe that good character and integrity in leadership is more important than ever. After personally seeing the owner as well as one of the counter guys without masks on, I was confronted and told I could not be in the store without a mask.This doesn’t demonstrate good character nor integrity. I have otherwise appreciated and enjoyed doing business with them.... but, no more!

Just Cancelled my lumber order with Christmas Lumber Co. I have visited this establishment multiple times and at each visit the customer service was terrible. But looking to support local business I kept going back for deck building materials. I had ordered decking material from Christmas and called back to get additional materials added to the order. I was told by Randy on the line that he would not sell me the additional materials because I was not a regular customer, and he noted that the materials that I had already purchased should not have been sold to me because they too were only for regular customers. When I called back and told Randy that I wanted to cancel order due to poor customer service, Randy responded with "Great!" I could not believe my ears. The customer service here is very poor, this business caters to contractors and does not support the DIYers. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are not one of their "regular customers"
