Didn’t get anything here we were just stopping by to look. The employees were extremely kind to everyone that was in the store including us. Reading these reviews makes me wonder if they have hired new staff because everyone employee that we talked to was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. Great customer service. They do have a specific selection of goods that they sell but everything was in good condition. I saw another review that said there was “no pressure to buy anything” and I couldn’t agree more. Many people were passing through and it was existent that they weren’t getting anything and the employees were extremely cordial and kind.

This place is absolute trash. Rude employees. Inventory looks like it was found at a garage sale. And they basically rob people with the prices they offer on items they buy from customers. And they aren't open when they're supposed to be. I'm currently sitting outside in the rain at 2pm on a Tuesday while i wait for them to unlock the door. I called and they said that they are closed for lunch and will be open again in an hour.

I've always had good interactions with this location. No pressure to buy something even after I ask to look at it. They've even given me a lower price when they found out it was for my kiddo. I notice most of the bad reviews are either old or unreasonable. "They wouldn't buy my item." 1 star. "I missed my payments and they sold my item." 1 star. Just to name a couple. It is up to their discretion if they buy an item or not. And if you don't pay at least the interest on a pawned item, they sell it. That's how pawn shops work. It's a business not a charity. At least 4, 1 star reviews were not deserved.

I have had great experience every time I have been in there! Everyone is very Friendly and Helpful! I want to say Gina is the absolute Best!!! She is the Sweetest, Most Wonderful Woman. She helped me so much! I could never Thank Her Enough! Michelle is very Sweet too. And the gentleman who works there is great as well. So, please give them at Western Ave. A Try. They are Amazing!!! I have dealt with this particular store for a short time but have been with Cash America for a long time But Genea the new manager on Western Ave has sold me Every Piece of Jewelry I have on I have spent almost $5000 with her Alone. All of the employees are very friendly and very helpful Also the store is always clean and the set up is so nice

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Very rude, don’t know what they are doing, try to make the simplest thing sooo hard. It is worth the drive to the one in Hixson to stay away from there. Hixson is great. Just goes to show you that it is the people, not the company!!!!!!

Don't ask them to look at anything there to Busy gossiping to try and make a sale. and when. I could get someone to help me the lady talked me out of it I was gonna buy a 200.00 watch and the employee told me it was garbage.
