Never go to this gas station it's garbage and the bathroom always closed what kind of gas station is this ,imagine u go there to spend your money to put gas and grab some snacks and stf and use the bathroom and then after u spent ur money already u can't use the bathroom 24/24 ,and don't blame the homless in that area cuz I go alot of to merchant dr Casey's and there is plenty of homless but bathroom always open and clean and nice staff I like them so there is no excuse to close ur bathroom

As a paying customer I was told the restrooms are closed. I would not have made my purchase here had I known that they were not going to allow the use of the facilities. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped to get gas with a friend. I went inside the store and asked if I could use a the restroom because there was a moving dolly blocking the path to the restrooms. The woman said yes I could use the restroom and the moving dolly was only there to keep the homeless and the drug addicts out of the restrooms. I (a white Caucasian) used the restroom and went outside and my friend (a 50 year old professional black man) went inside and asked to use the restroom and was told they were out of order. Racism is alive and well at Casey’s gas station in Knoxville, TN! We will never purchase anything from any Casey gas station ever again! I gave a one star only to write the review. No stars are deserved by this business.

Absolutely the worse Casey's in the area. It's 24 hours and the only gas station on campus. It's disgusting inside and out. The bathrooms haven't worked in months(according to some staff) however, there are a few who will let you use them. They are working, I think certain employees just don't want to clean them during their shift. All Casey's have went down since they took over pilot, but this one should just be tore down.

This is the trashest place to stop for anything. All of the trash cans were spilling over. The soap, toilet paper was just laying in filth. There was urine everywhere, seat, floor, ect. The two girls that were working, was not working. They were looking at their phones and it was busy. Complete trash! I had to give it a star to post. It does not deserve that.
