The fine people at Diamond worked their magic and transformed my car from looking like Alabama yard art to a proper land yacht. I should have got a "before" picture because it was COVERED in that hemlock aphid crud. I loved their work so much it had me taking the long way home! I'll always come to them for my other cars, and I'll be recommending it to my friends. Get that membership card up and running - I'll be there!”
“Another follow-up: The stuff are very friendly but I still have soap on my car when I leave. Again. I think it's because I have the cheapy membership . ?follow up, I think because I pay the cheap one they don't drive my car all the way. This is for the one at Meadowbrook. I don't have the problem at other places. I can't say enough about this place that is positive. The people that work there are super friendly and they are fast. I will say sometimes they run out of towels but I love it. Highly recommend.”

“Young man was very kind & helpful! He saw me struggling to use the machine that will clean your mat once you feed it in……was only the driver side (all weather) mat, he ultimately went and sprayed it off for me bc for whatever reason it wouldn’t take that one mat. The other 3 worked fine.”
“First time visiting with my little car.
There was an issue with the tire shine.
I simply walked up and casually engaged the gentleman at the entrance. I didn't expect anything; I was simply pointing out the issue for them to correct it for the future.
The gentleman was very friendly. He looked at the issue and gave my tires a full shine treatment (by hand) without hesitating. I tried to offer a tip, but he declined it politely.
An excellent experience. (Good, strong vacuums, too.)”

The gentleman who checked me in gave me a heads up that it may take longer than expected because they were understaffed due to a stomach bug that had taken a few of their team members out.
With that in mind....it was worth every second I waited.
I don't think my car looked this good when I bought the thing years ago.
They did an absolute amazing job!!!!!!

“Daniel at the Bearden location is my hero. My wife's hitch cover flew off her car when she went through the wash. She told Daniel and he crawled inside the wash to return the piece to her. He saved us from the money/hassle of ordering a new cover (and probably waiting months to get it). The wash runs so well when he's there. He and the other employees remember customers and appreciate them. I'm glad he was working when she had that issue. Thanks, Daniel!”

“Decent self serve car wash (one of the few I could find around here). 2 dollars to get started for 4 minutes. Take note, even though the change machine says it takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills, it would never take my twenty. Had to go to a gas station for change”

Very little turn over with this group! They all work together as a team. There are no weak ones in the group, that is why I keep coming back.

“Touchless wash works great if your car is ceramic coated. As for everyone saying it says $4.50 and then pending charge is $15 on their statement, I'd guess that corrects itself by the time it clears your account. Almost every wash like this will run your card for a pending amount and then the actual amount used is what clears your account.”
