Yvonne was HORRIBLE! I know she had some medical issues right AS we ended our business. However, for TWO months prior-there was minimal communication. She wouldn’t respond to me, my husband, or even my mother for over a month. I still have text proof. She claimed it was going to be great & she seemed to get on the ball. Then-nothing. It almost cost us losing the house we were in the process of buying because we had to start from scratch almost 3 months after she got our information. Let’s also mention the fact that she stalled & claimed she was applying for a grant for us even though the money had been long gone MONTHS ago. I will never recommend her. I can’t say if anyone else at this firm is great-but Yvonne is NOT.

My experience with caliber was terrible. I was preapproved for a loan for a house we had made an offer and was accepted by seller. Loan officer said I needed to get an appraisal which we did. Did everything I was asked to do then was asked to do amended tax return which I agreed I would do then I was told since underwriters looked at my 2017 return they would not look at amended return. I asked the loan officer if underwriters had masters degree because most people with masters degrees I ever met never had any common sense. I would never recommend caliber to anyone and I’m around money people at my job everyday. Underwriters need to look at definition of common sense
