Service department was so incredibly rude to the point that I was certain it was all part of a prank TV show. Quoted $1700 by Cadillac of Knoxville which I declined. Problem solved by local mechanic for under $200 parts and labor included. Worst experience in my entire life.

Always enjoy my visits there. Service is excellent and they get things done in a timely manner so I don't have to spend my whole day there.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parts department at Cadillac of Knoxville. I ordered floor mats for my Escalade online and selected the Knoxville location for pickup. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to pick them up within the designated window. However, I was never notified that my order was being sent back. To make matters worse, they didn't bother to refund my money either.
When I went to the dealership to resolve the issue, I was met with an unhelpful and condescending attitude from the employee in the parts department. There was zero willingness to assist me or find a solution to the problem. I will not be returning and would caution others about the lack of professionalism here.

Back in June, I was traveling from Michigan to Knoxville. I was meeting my daughter and granddaughter from Florida to take her back for the summer. Then it happened! 60 miles from the hotel, I hit a huge pothole on I-75S causing a giant tear in it. Thankfully, I didn't have the granddaughter in the car at the time.
I can't say enough about Gary Rivera and his entire team at Knoxville Cadillac. They went over and above to help me get back on the road. This Michigan Cadillac owner was treated like part of the family in Knoxville.
Side note, if you're debating on whether or not to keep your subscription to OnStar, keep it. Just be prepared, they'll call you every 5 minutes to make sure you're ok. Which is a good thing when you're on the side of the interstate with only your chihuahua and 18 wheelers screaming by you.
Thank you, Knoxville Cadillac!

It's been about 6 weeks since I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Knoxville. I have waited to post a review to see if I felt any different after some time had passed. I will say the purchase transaction was easy and great. The delivery process was 100% terrible and to this day I have not been taken care of. The car was so dirty when I was suppose to have taken delivery and a couple of wheels were scuffed which was pointed out the week prior to delivery. They had plenty of time to clean the car and correct a couple of issues which had been agreed to with Russ "General Manager". He even shook my hand and admitted they had dropped the ball. He took care of me on the cleanliness of the Cadillac and said he would just order new wheels. He said they would be in on Thursday. I took delivery on Saturday. He also said he would drive to Chattanooga to pick the Cadillac up to take care of the few things. I received a call and stated they wanted to come pick the car up. I asked if the wheels were in and the gentleman said yes. They came to pick up and kept the car for 4 days. When they brought the car back, no new wheels. They had been fixed. I called and spoke with Kenny. Kenny lied to me upfront and said they had damaged the new wheels and had to have them corrected which took longer to get back to me. He said he would have to check and call me back. Two days later I had to call him and he apologized that they actually made a mistake and the new wheels were there and that he would come pick the car up. I emailed Russ with my displeasure with no return email. At this point I did not trust them to drive 2 hours one way to pick my car up, replace the wheels and bring it back to me after all of the lying and delays. To this day I have not heard from Russ. As a GM and the one that shook my hand and promised he would take car of me, his word is nothing.

We had a great experience at Cadillac of Knoxville. Tom Hodge and Danny Spradlin made the car buying experience relaxed and pressure free. Their knowledge and expertise helped us navigate through all the choices. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

We purchased a used vehicle that unfortunately a week later had some mechanical trouble. Fast forward, three or four months and two transmissions later we have a perfectly running car. Not only did Cadillac stand behind the mechanical failures and cover everything at no cost for us. They also provided us with a loaner vehicle for that entire time. I do not know any other dealership that would have provided that excellent of service. To last detail they insure that the loaner vehicle had the requirements that I was requesting from the car that we actually purchased such as captain seats, leather seats, and the third row. I don’t plan on purchasing another vehicle, but if I was, there would be no other dealership that I would work with except for Cadillac of Knoxville.
From the bottom of my heart
Thank you for everything.
Freddy was our go to Guy in the service department

The service department is the worst I have ever used. - I am updating this to a 5 star review. If you have issues with anything, just speak with the GM. He is a great guy and will help you get serviced.
