Used appliances for half the price = half the risk.Willing to give this place a chance after being recommended to it by a friend. I have read enough reviews on buying new appliances of all brands that refrigerators costing near $1,000 lasting 18 months and new washers not going past 3 years (I recommend using a laundromat, I do). If purchasing a refrigerator from here I recommend defuzzing/degreasing the fins, fan / motor, and drip trays. For you DIY'ers looking to move appliances on your own, use the Uhaul 5x8 motorcycle trailer with grated ramp, makes it much easier to get a large item home, It can haul 3 refrigerators upright.

We just left here and although we didn’t end up buying a fridge, I thought they were very helpful. Steve gave us great advice on how to fix the fridge we have so that maybe we won’t need to buy a new one. That is great customer service. — update:: I just read the other reviews and clearly there are a lot of disgruntled customers. My experience with this business was great but it was a very limited experience that didn’t involve any money.

Bought a brand new Maytag washer & dryer here about a month ago . We had to bring the washer back because no matter what we did we could not get it balanced & the drum was hitting the sides slightly . They “fixed it” for free since it was within the 30 days. Told my fience that since it’s a top load it will have at least a little play when it spins … okay sure . Well we got it back home today and if anything it’s worse , the drum smacks the sides now … I feel like we flushed $500 down the drain …

Are still going to charge a 90 look at fee for a replacement relay switch I do not recommend them at all and all I need is for them to replace it.

I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher from them. My fridge fan went out almost 3 wks after the warranty expired but they are still helping me with it. They have been great. I will buy again from them in the future and recommend.

This place does not even deserve one star. Paid 300.00 for a washer and when we brought it home the basket inside didn't even have the screws in it, so the washer was broken. Called to tell the store and they told us to bring it back since it has a 30 day warranty. We brought it back the next day and then were told they don't do refunds. They offered to "fix" it, so we gave them a chance to and when we got it back it still doesn't work right! So we ended up with a broken washer and lost 300.00! What an embarrassment of a company that should not even be open to the public. Do not shop here! They lie to their customers and steal your money!

Bought a dryer.. took it home and found out it was to big. Returned it the same day and wanted a smaller one and they charged us $50 for the swap
