Burns has been in business since 1981. Phyllis' late husband, Ken Burns, started the business in their garage. She joined him in 1990 as President. After several moves to commercial locations, they purchased and located their business in 1994, at 6131 Industrial Heights Drive in Knoxville, TN. The mailing and graphics departments were added in 1991 making it possible to offer graphic design, printing and mailing all at one location. With the addition of a digital press, computer to plate technology and a highspeed inserter/addressing machine, the company continues to offer our customers the latest in technology.
