Everyone at Brown Squirrel has been absolutely amazing. Our salesperson Patricia has been so patient and sweet while we’ve been looking for just the right pieces. Preston and the store manager have also been extremely helpful helping us order the pieces we wanted and finding the right furniture for our son’s room. I would never shop anywhere else in Knoxville….ever!!! You feel like family when you shop here!

Good parking. Be aware there are sales people who work on commission so you will have salespeople offer to help you but they are not aggressive.

From purchasing to delivery the entire process was great. Tami was our sales lady super professional and sweet. Max and Eric were great at delivery they were on time friendly got my couches set up how we wanted them.

We special ordered two love seats and couch from Brown Squirrel. They were ready in two weeks and delivered promptly once they arrived at the store. The delivery people were extremely nice, they were careful with the furniture as they brought it in, and they took steps to protect our walls during the delivery. We were totally pleased. We are repeat customers several times over. Definitely recommend this business.
