FALSE ADVERTISING! I went to purchase two protein bars. The tag beneath those protein bars had a picture on it that was the same as the bar and it said 2.99. Went to ring them up and they tried charging me 3.99. I told the lady behind the counter that those bars were 2.99. She seemed helpless and looked at the guy behind the counter who then came out from behind the counter to check. I pointed out where the tag was, what it said and how the picture on it corresponded with the picture on the wrapper. He said, yes, but it's supposed to be 3.99 and refused to honor the advertised price. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Half the time, I go there during the day they are closed. The lights are on, but the doors are locked.

The people were so rude and they charged me 5$ for a Xlarge slush. That I didn't even really want both both of fountain Pepsi;were out! I thought that was crazy High 2 or 3 $ but come on 5$ that's insane!!!

Had to wait to get a pump that would work. At least 2 bagged pumps. Pumps want to ask you stupid prompts before it's turned on. At night you have alot of foot traffic from the local motel next door.

What is the convenience of paying at the pump when you can rarely get a receipt at the pump???? It is a simple matter of putting roll of receipt tape in where it belongs!!!!!!Go to a pump today and 2 weeks later, same pump...no receipt!!!!!!

This place has become a dump. Either card readers not working or pumps are out of service, and most of the time out of paper for receipts. This place has the potential to be a great gas station, because of the location. Needs new management.

I walked in about 840 pm tonight and reached for a knoxville news sentinel paper and approached the employee at the cash desk and asked him for two tickets for megamillions for $4. He printed me a ticket. I said to him that i would like two tickets, he pointed at the two sets of numbers and counted 1 and two. I said i would like 2 tickets and he proceeded to call me an a****** "just because you could be." I apologized to him stating i didn't mean to give him that impression. He refused the sale, gave me my $20 back. I WONDER WHAT HE DID WITH THE two picks on one lotto ticket? I looked off to his side with a smirk and said have a nice evening. Why is this type of service allowed and why isn't the company hiring decent people?

The woman working the cash register on 11/11/2018 at 2:20PM was extremely rude. I was doing a courtesy and letting her know nicely that a certain kind of coffee was out and wanted to let her know. She said to me in the snarkiest tone, "There's only one of me and I can't do everything!" I will be on the phone with corporate first-thing in the morning.

The store was close to the interstate making it extremely convenient for a fill up before I started my journey. The pumps are not friendly for those towing a camper, trailer or boat. There is one set of pumps friendly to those towing. The store had a lot to offer inside but is was pricey.
