This gas station is supposed to open up at 6 AM. I’ve been by multiple times early in the morning because I live next gas station and he has not been opened at six or at seven. I go there today on a Saturday morning and the gas station is not open at 8:15 in the morning. The doors are locked and no one’s there to be found. The pumps are on however I can’t pay cash for my gas. I called around four times with no answer. And I know that someone’s in the store because I could see the cars outside. This person needs to be fired.

Rude Rude and more Rude! Why are we asked to tip people who are getting paid to make a sandwich? Do we tip the cook in a restaurant No! This lady was so rude and appeared to hate her job. Also told be they no longer had sweet onion teriyaki sauce when it is clearly advertised on menu. Filled my salad bowl half full! Won't be back!

This location absolutely sucks. The general manager does not care either. If you do mobile orders majority of the time your order will be wrong. Staff constantly rotating at this location. Don't waste your time at this location for sure! It is undermanaged and poor quality.

I had a bad experience and the assistant manager realized she had overreacted to my concern that they weren’t masking properly. She initially refused me service. She then came out to the parking lot to apologize.

Was in Knoxville visiting family and zoo trip when I stopped in for cigarettes on 06-15-2020 in the morning. I ran my debit card and the attendant said it didn't go through, so I swiped again, she said there we go. I went out to my car and checked my back account and sure enough I was charged twice. I went back in and showed her my bank account and the two charges from the purchase, she informed me that she didn't know how to reverse the charge and the manager tomorrow would handle it and call me. She made duplicates and took my name and phone number and said someone would call me. No call, so I called today. The woman who answered the phone said I would have to come back to get the charge reversed. I live in Murfreesboro, 3 1/2 hours away. I'm not going to drive back for $6.71. She should have known how to reverse one of the charges. I wonder how many people have had the same thing happen and not checked? Waiting for a call.

In 3 years of going to this store on Middlebrook pike I have never been treated like I have today. I never got my food and they still have my money. Dont think I'll ever go back, at least while this 2 still work there.

Subway is great! One of my favorite places in the world! So yummy I even asked my husband to buy me a footling Italian sub for Christmas! You go Subway keep up the great work! And if your just looking through Yelp before actually trying the restaurant then what are you waiting for?! Get eating! Every time I go in there I always see so many smiles and it just makes me smile and I am so impressed! They are amazing honestly and I could sit here for hours talking about how good they are! But I've got stuff to do :)
