I would give them a 10 or 10 but you can only give me five stars so I’ll give them a five he was very nice very helpful the manager and owner. I guess he’s a manager and owner give him a 10 out of 10 he help me with everything I needed to Jamesw.

There was a new person at this store I never seen before. She was very nice and helpful even if we weren’t there to buy a phone. She was very kind and sweet.

My second time to this store was different from the first. This time the store didn't have prices of each phone listed next to the phone, had barely any stock of the phones displayed, and just seemed to be going a bit south. I don't know if it was that time of day (when I visited it was the weekday after 5pm) or what but I really wished that the store was more together than it was.

No frills service with multiple options to fit the needs of most individuals.One of the more important aspects of these mobile provider stores is the ability to provide in person customer service to its current and prospective customers, something that a mass call center has been struggling with the past few years.The customer service at this location is simply first-class. I would recommend anybody with Boost service or otherwise to visit this location. The patient, friendly, caring woman who leads the charge there is an outstanding listener, will do what she can to help her customers, with a smile on her face even navigating through new and sometimes murky waters...She resolved an activation for me that one of those mass call centers told me they couldn't help me and to throw my phone in the trash essentially (wasn't compatible with Boost allegedly..)Mobile services can be unnecessarily complicated, so this industry in general is tough, but folks like her are working hard to make sense of it all, and make sure the customer has a friendly local face to come to when they need help.

Received a voicemail from boost stating we had to bring my sons phone in so they could put in a new card by next week or else his phone service will no longer operate. So before work, we drive an hour and a half to the nearest location - the Clinton hwy Knoxville store at 1:49pm and there was a hand written note on the door that said “will return at 2:30pm.”

Worst Place Ever. Needs to be Closed. Worst Customer Service you will ever receive. They call Customers the N word, Cuss, Lie and over charge, ever person you talk to gives a different price.

handwritten notice at one location the office was closed due to the personnel observing some kind of prayer time period in foreign countries praying to allah. next office at another location years later...office isn't opened until a half hour after their posted business hours. having a fixed location apparenlty does insure professionalism. i'd go to the local big grocery store and buy one of the packaged cell phones or dollar general.
