Most ignorant and rudest people ever! I received an email with a $25 upgrade on a Samsung A25. Was first told it was an introductory offer on a new line then told it would cost over $120. Then the rude clerk hung up on me. These people are too stupid to be in business.

All of the staff people are very helpful and patient. You tell them what you need, or what you are looking for and they can almost always find a plan and/or phone that fits. Recommend highly.

I got a phone for my grandson here the lady was fantastic I do not go to the Clinton highway store anymore that is the original place I got my service I find them rude I find them self-serving at that store in fact the first time when I bought phones from you my wife the rep basically forced fed a bunch of accessories on me I spent my life in sales this was really unethical at that time my cash flow was good and I went ahead and did it The service they have given me afterwards has been terrible anything I do would boost mobile from now on will be at the Chapman highway store. My mother had just died and I was teary just really with a soft heart this way was so kind to me

Michelle was very kind and helpful when I had an issue with my phone. After spending an entire morning on the phone with boost customer service I went to this store as a last ditch effort. Michelle worked for almost 2 hours on and off the phone until they were able to fix it. Above and beyond.
