The next day, my dashboard lights would blink 3 times when starting the car. It occurred several times.
Caliber collision in Farragut had me bring my car back to determine the cause. Some wires may have needed tightening but more importantly, my battery was past its prime. Don Hill, the manager at this facility, personally made sure a new battery was installed while I waited. It did not take long & the waiting room is very clean & welcoming, with coffee, water & freshly popped corn, if wanted.
The employees couldn’t have been kinder to me & generous with their time, carefully explaining things pertinent to my needs, & being honest with me.

“Great overall dent work. These guys are very good. Paintless dent repair, replace bumpers & panels; stop in & get an honest quote. I had a dent on door from another door hitting mine. They rolled it out from inside the door panel & buffed out some scratches on the back door and by wheel. Also buffed out scratches on the hood from bird dropping that left scratches. Tony & Kasey got my car in and done as promised & more ... even did a little extra touch up w some good quality touch up paint & a little small tip brush before I left. All for $150 like Tony quoted. ?”

I have had the van for a few months now, and let me start by saying the service dept seriously lacks communication. The 20k miles oil change interval is nice and I fully expected to pay 200 or 300 for 1st service being it's a diesel. However the bill waS around 700. Also they suggested an alignment and tire rotation for another 600ish dollars. So I refused that and took it to Tire Discounters who couldn't perform the alignment because Mercedes hasn't released the alignment specs to the general public (usually at least a year before they release info), and they wouldn't rotate tires because of uneven tread wear on back tires and front tires are cupping, suggested replacing tires. So my only complaint on the sales side was no one ever disclosed to me that the van needs aligned with the weight I haul daily ,Doesn't make much sense but it is a German thing I suppose. Had i known from the beginning i would of taken care of it before it ruined the tires. The Assistant Manager was supposed to be checking with the service dept to see if they could simulate the weight as i work late nights,I was supposed to receive a call from the Assistant Manager on Monday which I did not get the call. At this point completely fed up and really wish I would've stayed with the Ford Transit that doesn't nickel and dime you to death. I never imagined buying a brand new van and spending so much money on it with 20k miles on it in 2 months Absolutely ridiculous!, and unacceptable.

“Came for a 2nd estimate, after an estimate with the car dealership. Was provided a fair estimate by Drake and he ordered the needed parts. Upon delivery, we scheduled the repair.
During the repair, the front desk staff was exceptional. They greeted me, coordinated with service, and even offered beverages.

“Jeff is very knowledgeable and does exactly what he says. He looked at my bumper underneath, went in the office, looked up the parts and provided me with a quote, said if get the parts, he'll do the labor which is exactly what I wanted. Got the parts, called and he had me in the next day... following morning, had it ready and actually charged me LESS than he quoted. If that isn't honest, I don't know what is. Other shops wanted 5 times what he charged me. I'm taking my wife's vehicle in soon for a fender repair and have no reservations about his work or ethics. I would give this shop 6 stars if I could. He's a bit direct and old school, might be off putting to some folks as mentioned on here, but in no way is he rude or anything but straight forward. Gladly recommend!”
