Didn't just show me the higher priced ones but stayed focused on my fit and comfort. He even changed out the wide, flat handlebars that came on the bike to ones that fit me better and were raised higher. Would definitely go back.”

Didn't try to sell me the components from the store, just told me what to do. “It was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a bike shop. I told them what I needed, and I got exactly what I needed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every niche question i could come up with. Bike prices are the same as any online bike retailers, if not better. Selection of parts and bikes was very good. They even ordered me a niche handlebar I wanted. I will update on bike service quality, when the time comes, but I doubt it'll be anything less than excellent. The high rating of this shop makes sense.”

“Stopped in to ask about my Jetson Haze Ebike I had ordered because I'm an idiot and had the wheel lock engaged and thought my crank was stuck but the guy there went out of his way to help me even though I wasn't buying anything and didn't know what I was talking about really. He even offered to help me figure it out if I could get the bike down there. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thankfully I figured it out once I slowed down and thought about it after getting back home.”
