If you've been to one Best Buy, you've been to them all. They should just get rid of their loyalty program. Does nothing but piss people off. Takes forever to get a $5 credit that EXPIRES. What a slap in the face.

I have yet to encounter any unpleasant employees. They have been helpful, courteous, and seemingly knowledgeable.
