We were totally humiliated by some older man, that I can only assume was employed by the this company, when he "threw" me out of the fitting room for asking my husband if the slacks that he was trying on were the correct size.
Needless to say, we didn't purchase the slacks, nor anything else from this store.
This employee should be replaced, or at least reprimanded for his nasty behavior!!
We'll definitely will never be back!

This is specifically for the mens suit department. My husband was trying to find a suit that fit and trying to figure out all the dos and don’ts of suit fit wasn’t fun. We went to a few other stores before belk without much luck and as he was taking a suit to the fitting room to try, out walks an employee named Greg who was a HUGE help and all our stress immediately left. He’s a gem of a human and helped us find exactly what we needed. I didn’t even know Belk did suit fittings so it was a surprise. We needed a small alteration done for the pants and he made it a rush order for us so my husband would have the pants back in time. I did not catch the name of the seamstress, but we are grateful to her as well. We were told 2-3 days and she had it done in hours.
I don’t know what she and Greg are paid but they deserve a raise! You don’t want to lose them Belk!

It's very difficult to find a store with a large selection of plus size clothing and that is cute as well. My teenage daughter gets a lot of her clothes here and the employees are wonderful

Stopped by a few days ago to pick up my usual Bobbi Brown foundation- I had previously stopped by Dillards - they were out of my shade and Sephora- no longer carries Bobbi Brown. I was happily surprised to find they were having a 15% off all cosmetics and fragrances!! I decided to pick up a few staples and Vee helped me pick out a new duo eyeshadow stick. They had everything I was looking for in stock and Vee was helpful, attentive, and friendly. I really appreciated that. I will be returning for my makeup and face care needs. I recommend and ask for Vee!

Easter week End Big Sale!!! Where are your Employees???? I bought a lot trust me and there wasn’t any one there to check me out! I had to go to the shoe department and wait for the one employee run and get shoes for customers in front of me in line! I was exhausted before I could be checked out!!! I tried the cosmetic department but, they said they couldn’t check me out ( Chanel)..

I like shopping here from time to time. Found pretty cute pajamas. I wish the store had more options for women in their 30’s. Seems like majority of the store is for older people. Not a whole lot to choose from, clothing wise.
