Hopeful this one will be a winner and we are confident that if it’s not what we want Chad will help us get what we’re needing. Superb costumer service throughout the purchasing experience. This is a people caring bed store! Made us feel comfortable in our bed shopping experience. It is so refreshing to have someone take the time to work with us without any pressure and answer all our questions about what kind of bed we needed. We felt like we mattered and the assistance was too -notch!! Knowledgeable and personal!! If you’re in the market for a bed give this store a must for visiting!!!

Everything about my experience with this local business has been top notch, outstanding.My biggest priority was finding a comfortable nontoxic organic mattress with longevity that wouldn’t break the bank. It seems that mattresses never last as long as the manufacturers claim, and just add to landfills. Many of them claim to be nontoxic but if they are using any kind of foam it is a petrochemical derivative and therefore potential for VOCs. If I am going to be spending a third of my life on this spot, specifically when I am at my most vulnerable, I want to ensure that I am getting healthy rest. Seems that every other person these days has hormone or thyroid issues and all these chemicals contribute to endocrine disruption.I randomly encountered Bed’r Mattress driving down the road. A big sign with organic mattress caught my attention. I was lucky enough to meet the owner (Chad) who also designed this mattress and he allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted to ensure I was making the right decision. He was never pushy and it didn’t feel like your typical sales experience. And he even gave advice on a good fully organic mattress protector that he didn’t sell, knowing this was an important value to me.The customer service from placing the order (with another employee) to delivery was outstanding. And I love that I have 120 days to switch out a layer with my hybrid latex innerspring if I decide that I didn’t select the right firmness.Highly recommend this local shop. It’s a different experience from the big name stores. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress and this was over the phone ! I live in New York and my parents are in Tennessee , my dad had a stroke and he needed an adjustable bed before he is discharged on the January 22. Today is January 18th… Chad was so helpful and got them exactly what they needed and delivered by the 22nd! Set up and all . I was so worried about doing this via phone call but it was super easy with pics and videos . I will be referring anyone I know to buy from here !! Thank you so much Chad you were a real blessing !

First time mattress shopping was made a breeze. This was our first and only stop thanks to Chad. Chad took his time explaining different mattresses to us, and he helped us find the perfect mattress for our budget. Couldn’t recommend a better place to buy a mattress, especially if you have no clue where to start! We have had our mattress for a week now and love it. 10/10 recommend and will continue to mattress shop here in the future.

Casey provided excellent customer service by taking her time in helping us find a bed. She worked with my husband and I who came multiple time to the store to try different ones and offered suggestions and solutions to the questions that we had. Ultimately she helped us find what we needed and worked with us on coming to a price that worked.

It was so confusing when I started shopping for a new mattress. There are so many places and so many different mattresses. I’m glad I found Bedr Mattresses. The owner, Chad, is on site. They are experts on mattresses, They design there own and have them made in the area.Chad and his team worked with us to get the right product at a fair price. They bent over backwards to help us get what we needed. I highly recommend this place. I like that they are locally owned and so knowledgeable in their field.

My wife and I purchased an adjustable bed from the Kingston Pike location. We met with our salesman, Andrew and the owner, Chad. With no experience or knowledge of adjustable beds, these two men took time to explain and show us exactly what we were looking to invest in. After finally deciding on the perfect "split-king" adjustable bed and mattress, Chad made us a fantastic deal on the purchase, and Andrew had all of our purchase and paperwork done in minutes. Incredibly friendly sales and service.Our bed was delivered as agreed (which I was notified when they were in route, and I really appreciate that), and there was a minor "hiccup" with the frame legs. Between Chad and Kent (warehouse manager) they had the issue resolved in no time. Kent himself came to our residence to fix the issue. Fantastic customer service. The bed is phenomenal. Best sleep we've had in years. I have recommended Bed'r Mattress to several of my friends, family, and co-workers. This has been one of the easiest major purchases my wife and I have made. Highly Recommended.

This place is the real day! Chad the owner took such great care of us when he technically didn’t have to. Quickly too! That’s the kind of customer service that you don’t see much anymore! We had an issue with a mattress purchased a few years ago and the company making the bed wouldn’t honor their warranty. Chad made sure one way or another that we weren’t left in that bad situation. We will for sure be back for any future purchases and be sure to highly recommend anyone we know in the market to shop here too!
