Cathy was very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Unfortunately I will not be able to get a extra debit card.As Truist will only issue one card. “Wow... They charged me 20%+ to cash checks... That's crazy... No other regions has ever done that to me. My customer had to write me separate checks for her reimbursement purposes. I expected a $5 fee for them because they were all out of one account... She didn't actually cash "separate" checks... That ridiculous... I told the teller how ridiculous it is to charge over 20% and charge me like that... She said well at least we have a cap of $20... ????”
