Truist is a large, multi-state corporate bank, however, at this branch off of Northshore- they still treat the customers on a personal, small town level. It is very refreshing and appreciated.

Don't expect local, down-home treatment here. I arrived at 5:01 and the two clerks ignored me while I stood at the door. I just needed to deposit some money, but they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my presence and say, "Sorry, we are closed." They are just like every other sterile big bank. I'm a number, not a person.

Everyone there is so helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. So thankful they are the closest to my house.

The ladies at the front desk today went out of their way to help me and my boyfriend out since our situation couldn’t be handled over the phone after moving states. I love the hospitality.

Mike at the Northshore branch is a GREAT employee!! From start to finish his customer service was Superb! He made me feel comfortable and took care of my banking needs. He asked the right questions at the right times to help me deposit a check and I actually opened an account with Truist. We need more people like Mike around! Thanks Mike!

Ok soo im confused here so maybe a 3 piece suite wannabe can answer a question 3 of your locations say your open on Saturday 9 til 12 so I called and called and called then I get an answer saying the office part is closed so if the bank is open at thatbranch why aren't the phone lines open to ask a question about my account on your website you need to put only drive thru open and no question will be answered if called the stupidest bank ever

Unreasonably long wait times. Bank staff just doesn't understand customer service as the priority on their to-do list.

Just after the bank branch closed on the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend, our entire BB&T banking profile was compromised. The Fraud Dept. was RIGHT on it and made me feel very at ease during this very stressful situation. What is even more incredible, is the prompt, compassionate and professional manner in which the branch manager, Danielle Gilbert handled the hardest part on Monday... to create all new accounts for our entire family and what all goes along with that! She has worked tirelessly since then to make all the transitions happen with ease. I have always loved BB&T, but Danielle made me love it even more! Very grateful! :)

So slow. Monday at 3pm. One teller working two drive thrus and the inside. 15yr customer and the service has just died here.
