Just go to Brown Squirrel for better quality at far more reasonable prices. The sales staff were amazing but the quality just isn't there unfortunately.

Was lied to about delivery. We did not receive the bed base that we told the salesman we wanted. Being put off about fixing this, telling me I have to pay more for the base. The manager is putting off fixing problems because we live farther out than they want to deliver. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase. Don’t trust anything you are told . I have managed a business for 39 years and my husband is a business owner. If you can’t treat your customers like they matter you don’t need to be in business. The salesman Aaron evidently doesn’t know about quoting an order because my daughter bought a bedroom suit there to and she told him she wanted the mattress delivered it and didn’t have a mattress and she thought she had paid for the mattress. And she called I’m sorry I forgot he said. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all . Happy times get ruined by incompetence.

I wouldn't even give them one star! I have had the worst experience with this company. I was lied to by the salesman Aaron about delivery. the manager Chris is not at all helpful. We showed the salesman exactly what we wanted we spent almost $7000 on a bedroom suite. when we finally got it delivered a week later we had bought an adjustable base with the head raising and the feet. Did not get that. Called them and now it's that base doesn't do that. and I said that is the base we asked for. The manager said it was $400.00 more and I said no that is what we told Aaron and that is what we thought we paid for. my daughter was quoted a bedroom suit and when it came he forgot to quote her a mattress she had asked for. it has been such a mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they ought to pay you for what they put you through.

I have buy a few times from badcock furniture they always try their best The sales people and the delivery people I am very happy with them. Good job. Most of the time everything is in good Condition when they deliver it if you find something that’s not good or right they will make sure to make it right an replace it thank you.
