Have been going to this salon for over a decade but in the last several years the quality has gone down dramatically in their techs and the service provided. I’ve tried to stay faithful because I had always loved it but more times than not now I am going back for repairs needed from nails done to thin and breaking so easily or not being able to get over the fact that my nails are badly misshapen and wanting them redone.

Started going here recently after having experienced lifting on my acrylics for the nail salon I had been going to for years. They are super clean and friendly and I trust them to do a good job and they deliver. The prices can't be beat and everyone that has done my nails has done a great job! I will continue visiting them for my nails ?!

Not the most modern, new, or trendy nail salon, but the pedicure was the best I've had in a long time, and that's really all I care about.Ask for Suzanne if you want a pain-free experience, with a very relaxing foot massage (no rough man-handling with this one, which seems to be practically impossible to find!!)! ?Service: Pedicure

I've come back to this nail salon twice already bc of the terrific customer service, exceptional nail work and great pricing. Got a gel mani and pedi. Definitely recommend!
**Update: a day after I got the gel mani, the polish started to chip on the edges of my nails and when I went back to get them re-done, the re-done nails didn't look as nice. The pedicure has lasted for about 3 weeks now because I wear closed-toe shoes for work. Just a heads up that the manicure you get here may not last long at all. **

I called early Sunday morning to make an appointment for my two little girls. They wanted pedicures together, then their nails painted. We got there and they took 20 mins to set up and call us which isn't bad if they were busy but they weren't and we had an appointment. But the worst part was they called back one of my daughters and kept taking walk ins back to get pedicures done together! And made my kids who wanted to do it together do it separately. Which led to me having to leave a small child on one side of the salon each time I went to check on one or the other, so I didn't get to enjoy the time there with my kids and they didn't get to enjoy each other's company either. They rolled their eyes and scoffed at my little girls wanting rainbow nails when I said I'd pay what ever fee that would require. And they snuck and painted my littlest girl's nails in the pedicure room while I was with my other kid so they didn't have to do hers rainbow and she was very upset. All and all I paid 90 dollars for a god awful experience and their nails chipped or peeled off completely before we even got home and they were very careful because this was a huge treat for them. I would not recommend if you have kids.

Went for a full set and paid $48 plus tip, two days later, lost two nails and tried to have them fixed but they were busy so she asked for me t come in the next day. Lost another nail before I made it in, after they were fixed and repainted, I was charged an additional $30 that I believe is unjustified. Less than a day later, I have lost another, called, and was offered no appology, told that they do not give refunds, and that I should come back in so they can fix them. I do not have time to visit the nail salon every day so they can be fixed nor the money to be charged for something that should have been dealt with for no additional charge. I will not be coming here again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. I received gift cards for Mother’s Day and called this location to see if they accept spa finder gift cards. They said they did so I went as a walk-in just after calling. I chose a more expensive pedicure as a treat. Then when I went to pay they said they didn’t accept spa finder. I explained that’s all that I brought with me to pay because I called ahead. After some back and forth with the man who checked me out and another lady he called to help him, he said he could charge me what I had on my Venmo card. I signed the receipt for that amount and apologized that was all I had brought with me. Then two days later I received a notice from Venmo that my account was restricted because Avalon nails had CHANGED MY CHARGE and I didn’t have those funds to cover the charge!Service: Pedicure

I received some gift cards for my birthday and Mother's Day. I called the location just before going and asked them if they accepted this type of gift card. They said they did so I went as a walk-in. I got one of the most expensive pedicures as a treat since I had gift cards. When I went to pay they said they didn't accept my gift cards. That was all that I took with me. After going back and forth explaining I had no other way to pay except my Venmo card which only had a small amount on it. They said they would charge me that amount. I signed the slip for the agreed upon amount. And then two days later I received a notification from Venmo that my account was restricted because Avalon nails changed my charge! I felt like I did my due diligence by calling ahead and confirming they took the form of payment I had. I can't think of anything else I could have done on my end to have prevented this from happening. Very unprofessional.
