Thank you Josh! My sister’s car would not start today so she was stranded at the Gulf station, she called Auto Zone on Western Avenue, Josh came and jumped her car off to get it started so she could get it home! Best of all- It’s a FREE Service!

Employees here always give great details and let me know of specials going on prior to purchase. Always answer my questions if I have forgotten which oil my vehicle needs and never tried to upsell additional parts that are not necessary Have not had a bad experience yet

Always well stocked with anything you may need and customer service is usually very very good. Also will loan out tools if you need to do your own repair work. I know this store due to my son, Preston Anderson, working there for several years a few years back.

Matt was very helpful went out of his way to help me went above and beyond the normal. I was using the lifetime warranty getting brake pads. I figured they would give me a hard time but he made me comfortable and it was easy as pie. I watched him help several customers before and after me I’m not one to ever leave a review but he earned it.

You know, I always go to this AZ. However, today was just exceptional. The Manager there today was a blessing in disguise for me, so sweet and kind. My mood has been set for the day just by my visit! I am always greeted with a smile & a helpful hand. I never feel like an inconvenience or "too much", i never have to wait forever to be assisted, and the environment is always friendly. Whether it be simple- just finding what I need or it be extensive help like today for example. I received help applying new windshield wipers, deciding whether I need new tires, & I had great helpful conversation with two amazing women while receiving assistance. Thanks so much ladies!! ?

They tested my friend’s battery (we were hoping it was just the battery), and gave her options on a new battery for her car. Both cashiers were very nice and easy to talk to. After ringing her up, they even walked the battery to my car for us since those things are not light!

Stopped at the AutoZone store 5715 needing a battery for my truck. Andre made sure that I was taken care very quickly and and asked if I would for him to install the battery for me. Just an added touch to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Andre for your help.

I went here to get something to fix my back turn signal. The computer only had an expensive solution and I'm on disability with bad lungs. The man who helped me was patient with my health condition and found a simple solution for my fix and then he fixed it! I almost cried... he was so kind and I hope he sees this. I couldn't read his name tag but he had a nice red beard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
