I had a feeling that I had something in my tire. While I waited in the nice waiting room I got a complimentary drink. Shortly thereafter I was told that a nail was in my tire but didn't go through it so there was no charge. I truly appreciated them and now trust them and will definitely be going back to them for any other car needs!

We had our car towed there because we thought it had a starter issue. They determined vehicle was out of gas and only charged us $5.69 for gas and checkup. They were super nice!

Great auto shop. Very professional personnel here and very reasonable cost, much less than the dealer. Had our Ford Escape SEL 60K servicing performed and they did an excellent job. Will continue having AutoXtend service our vehicle in future. Many thanks! John&Tina G.

Totally screwed up my car! They rushed an engine replacement. Did not wait for Jasper's instructions and left a cable harness ground attached. Then lied about it for about 2 years while needlessly replacing multiple controllers. I finally had to take it away from them and fix it myself!

We’ve used this shop several times in the last two years. This last visit had some issues with communication and we did have to bring our jeep back in to get some work redone but the team here has worked hard to remedy the situation satisfactorily and been back on their usual excellent communication.

Honest work. Eric and the rest of his team do a good job. When you don't need anything, they'll let you know. A little pricey, but they're worth it in my experience. I've taken 4 of my vehicles here.

Got my wife’s car brought over there. They told me I was good to come pick it up and it should be good, just to monitor the problem. Showed up and paid. Headed out and the car was breaking down on me again leaving me stranded on the side of a busy highway. Best thing they told me I could do was just have it towed to the dealership. Nothing else to offer to help after sending me off and me getting stranded.
