Extremely Disappointing Experience -
Misleading and Unethical Practices I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this car dealership. After finding a car l liked and going through the process of securing financing, I was assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was ready for purchase, despite them mentioning a minor steering issue that was being addressed. Upon arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, I immediately noticed a concerning noise coming from the steering wheel. When I inquired about this issue, the salesperson downplayed it as a simple strut noise, despite my reservations. Unfortunately, I decided to proceed with the purchase and drove the car home, only to discover that the problem was far more serious than initially portrayed. The car now requires a new steering box, resulting in over $3000 in repairs. I just have the hardest time believing anything I was told. Both you and the Chevrolet place couldn’t figure it out? You knew about it. Had to. It is incredibly disappointing that the dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with significant issues, putting my safety and that of my 3-year-old daughter at risk during the long journey home. This kind of misleading and unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of this establishment. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before making a purchase at this dealership to avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices.

Want to give another big shout out to Roger & Steve with Autos & More. Back in the summer of 2017 these guys were a tremendous help in finding a car for our son who had just turned 16. The price was right in our range and was one of the vehicles we had on our radar. He still drives his 2014 Mazda CX5 today and it runs great! We are now in 2023 and a little over a month ago Roger was able to find us another car for our daughter! He has been looking for us for more than 2 years! The main reason is she turned 16 the summer of 2020! At that time Used Car prices were going up, up, up!!! Need I say more?? We did have a 2-door Jeep Wrangler for her to drive, but it was older and not the ideal car we wanted her in, especially from a safety standpoint. She is now in college and needs a much more dependable/safer vehicle to drive. So from the fall of 2020 until December of 2022 Roger looked and looked and looked for us, as we did too! We gave him different options and parameters as to what we were looking for, most importantly safety and price point. Through those two years Roger would find many cars that we would possibly be interested in, but most of the time the price would just be too high, and if it was not, there would be an extremely high number of miles on the car. We were all getting frustrated and wondered if she would be driving the "Old Jeep", forever. Alas, towards the end of December 2022, Roger was able to find us a highly rated low mileage 2015 Mazda CX5! The price was right in our range, and he was able to make the purchase for us! The timing was perfect as we were able to surprise our daughter with a Christmas present she’ll never forget! After having the Mazda now for over a month, it has been running great and has given us no problems (knock on wood!), and she loves it!Please know, if you are looking for a reputable and trustworthy car dealership, Roger and Steve at Autos & More in Knoxville will take excellent care of you! Roger has been around a long time and knows that business inside and out, and will do his absolute best to get the quality car you need and for a fair price! He’s done it for us twice and we will continue to use his services in the future.The Nelsons “Very satisfied repeat customers”

Drove 8hrs from Myrtle to pickup a mustang that looked amazing in the videos and pics I was sent. Arrived to a mustang with dents everywhere, hood with rust bubbles down ever seem and it looks like someone threw bucket of nails on the hood with scratches from one side to the other. Awful salesman for not letting a customer know about this before making the drive. Salesman claimed he didn’t know about it but I saw it from 15 feet away approaching the car. Salesman had a super bland attitude also. 1 star.
