Was sold a Ford focus was guaranteed a powertrain warranty was shown a paper. Then magically disappears from our paperwork that we received when we left. The car has 70,000 miles on it and transmission was out in 3 months. They will not keep their word on the warranty.The whole entire time you're there buying a car they harass you to leave them five star review and they will not leave you alone till they see you out on your phone leaving them a review. Don't believe the five-star reviews on here.

We’re told we had a warranty. Signed the form. He made us go to different rooms to do different paperwork. Now the warranty doesn’t exist? I’m beyond disappointed. And this is the short version. Johnny is a scum bag who looks at you and sees every way he could take advantage of you.

Can't recommend this place at allThis would have been a five star review until recently. My partner and I bought a car from here about a month and a half ago. Things weren't as we were led to believe at all with the car and thankfully they let us switch it out. I was honestly impressed that they would do that.We switch to a diesel engine vehicle. I notice it has issues starting. Get told that it is just because it is a diesel engine. I'm not used to them so i accept that.Flash forward to a couple days ago, car doesn't start at all. Get someone to look at it who says it was the battery. They also say that they checked out that car a couple months prior to me buying it and told them that the battery needed to be changed. Also it seemed to not be the right size battery for the car, the battery wasn't secured at all in the car, and the hardware was stripped and hammered in.Pay for a new battery, and ubers to and from places, and call here to explain this because how the mechanics there missed all of this is beyond me. The technician that worked on it for me was so baffled at how this was missed.Upon talking on the phone, I get told that it is a used car and changing the battery is just part of it and nothing can be done. Given i was also told when car was purchased that it has a warranty.I explained that I understand that but I has issues with the techs there doing such a poor job with all of this and how much was missed. This isnt an issue with it being a used car, this was negligence.Instead of doing anything again, I was just told they would try to do better and that he had to go, then I was hung up on.Extremely rude and just no trustworthy at this point. It is sad because if any bit of caring or something was shown at all, it would be different, but now I just dont know how much to trust this place. Be careful when purchasing.

Came to test drive a vehicle for a friend looking for a new car and had a great experience with the the office manager (Sharrah). She was very friendly and helpful and honestly if I was in the market for a vehicle myself I would definitely come back to see her.
