βEli at Sealy is our literal savior. Finding a mechanic as a young woman is usually awful but that was not the case here. He genuinely cares about his customers and creates such a welcoming, communicative, and helpful environment. Plus heβs hilarious.
Brought in my Subaru for an airbag light and oil change. Made sure to run through all the tests but results came back inconclusive (because sheβs old as hell). He thoroughly explained what the code meant and some possible solutions I could do at home.
Changed my oil and front headlight for an UNREAL (aka incredibly affordable) price. Has Subaru specific parts on deck at all times. He kept it super real and never offered unnecessary services/price gouges.
My sister went to him and had a similar/amazing experience as well so we will be back, even for minor adjustments. Highly recommend over any mechanic in Knoxville (saying this as someone who has been to many in the area).β

βTook my 2015 Q70L 5.6 liter in for service, new brakes and 2 new tires and had a loaner car. Communication was outstanding from Marcus and although it took a couple of days with ordering the tires, I got to enjoy a new 26β QX60 Autograph as my loaner. Reviewing the service needed, approving, paying and pickup was seamless. Thank you Harper Infinity and Marcus, another wonderful experience!β

βBudget Brakes is FANTASTIC & the answer to PRAYERS!!!! I had a rusty/grinding sound every time I pushed the brake pedal! For 2 YEARS!I've had other facilities work on this w/NO LUCK! THEN...I took my car to Budget Brakes!!! The man told me, up front, that the problem are my 2 front brake calipers. They replaced the calipers and NO MORE RUSTY SOUND!!! THANK YOU, BUDGET BRAKES!!!!β
β5 star experience every time. I love how they do business and how professional carfix is. The guys in the office are fantastic to work with and very transparent. The team works hard to make sure our van is repaired correctly and everything is well documented. They always come through with a rental if they find an extra issue and need to keep the vehicle overnight.β
βThe folks at USI are straightforward, honest, and willing to negotiate a fair price. They were really knowledgeable about the personal history and make of the vehicle I purchased, and they gave me plenty of time to test-drive and make a decision. I came here on the recommendation of a friend, and I would recommend my own friends to shop here for a vehicle.

βMatlock Tire & Service very nicely fixed a flat tire I had because of a nail. Since I used to go to Discount Tires, I first took my car to them. The rep there tried hard for me to buy a new set of tires, despite my tire thread depth being about 7/32 inches. The nail was in the tread and the rep made the absurd claim that the nail was in the βwall.β At that point I asked Discount Tires (Farragut) to not fi anything and I came hone.
After searching for tire repair places online, I found Matlock. I made an appointment with them and they fixed the tire without any fuss. I asked the senior service tech there if I needed new tires. He took a look and said βnoβ. He said I should wait and if necessary get tires during Thanksgiving.
MATLOCK is a local, family owned business, and Iβm glad I found them.β

βHad a flat tire on the interstate traveling through Knoxville. Called them an hour before closing. Got me in and 4 hard to find tires on a Saturday. So grateful for nice people and company. Highly recommended!!!β
βMy car was there for collision repair, but then the insurance just decided to total it. And with the nerve racking headache it is to do all that is necessary for another car, King Collision was the best experience we had with anybody! They were excellent in keeping us informed twice a week, they were excellent at being inline with the insurance. They gave us great advise and was just overall a awesome place. I will recommend to everyone!β

βIβve used Christian brothers over 3 years, quotes are usually more than the bill, questions are welcome and addressed well. They even give me enough info to decide if a repair can wait, or itβs something's really small that I can do myself. After paying for one repair, when I heard an intermittent noise I had not heard before, they searched and fixed it no charge. Most recently a 1 part requested maintenance turned into a 2 part repair but the part wasnβt available, extra time was taken to get me safely on the road with the promise of repair when a part comes from Tx plus my next oil change thrown for free.β
βAfter our transmission fell out of our car we had to get a tow back home. Davis Servicing and Towing Center came to our rescue. They even gave us a ride home after our Lyft driver bailed on us. If I could give a hundred stars I would.β
βI always have great experiences with Car Fix. They're thorough, work quickly, and the prices seem reasonable. I appreciate that they send photos of what they find, and they also text instead of call, making it easier to talk about everything when work is too busy for a phonecall.β
βFinally found some mechanics I could trust! ?? These guys saved me a ton of money on a repair that other shops (3) wanted a ridiculous amount for doing the work.. I had to make an appointment to come back for the work to be done, but I was in and out in no time and pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other needs on my vehicles and will be letting family and friends know of this gem in Knoxville. THANKSβ
βI recently purchased a 2022 VW Taos for my daughter turning 16 and gave it to her on Christmas Day. Two days after getting the car, it started showing error codes and the engine light came on. Steve, the salesman who sold us the car helped us get the car into the shop ASAP. The service department was great with communication and got the problem resolved the same day. Thankfully it was just a turbo hose that came loose.β
βThe salesman Robert was fantastic and took the time to explain everything to us. Herb the sales manager was even involved, taking time to sit and talk to us. We even experienced the owner of the dealership Gary Yeoman coming over to talk as well! Overall the experience was just awesome all the way through financing!!β
