We purchased our 2012 Honda CRV from Harper Audi and can not imagine getting better support and service on a car purchase. There was no pressure, the price was right, and the financing options were better than options through our bank. We'll definitely recommend that friends and family check them out when buying a car! Our salesman Joseph was excellent at following up with us, even after the sale!

Great Experience. John went above and beyond to confirm our warranty and make the experience pleasant. It was a little touch and go at first before our warranty was confirmed and i thought i would be writing a very different review. All in all, great work.

Routine service. All went smoothly. I did have a concern about a little rubbing noise when the trunk lid opened and closed which they corrected at check-in with no major repair needed.

Sorry to say, but this is the first time I have not had a wonderful service experience with Harper Audi, not totally due to Russell’s fault. Unfortunately I got a flat tire in the brand new loaner car within the first ten minutes of my driving it. I called the service department immediately to inquire what steps I should take and was advised that they were in a meeting and they would get back to me. I called back nearly 30 minutes later as I did not get a response and they were still in a meeting according to the phone receptionist. Long story short, I waited almost 1-1/2 hours to be advised to call Audi roadside assistance where I was advised that a tow truck would be sent within 75 minutes. When Russell did get back to me, he sent two technicians to my location (10 minutes from Audi) and a replacement loaner so I could get on with my day. Unfortunately, the tire on the loaner had a razor blade in it which gashed the tire and rendered it unfixable so I was charged for a new tire on their loaner ($416.00). Just a stroke of bad luck I guess but I will not take their loaner again…read the fine print and beware! I still love my Audi Q3,, just disgruntled with the long wait for a response and the extra charges!
