I took my vehicle to this shop based on a recommendation from another repair shop and a family friend. Boy was I disappointed. I took my car there to have the transmission looked at because it was having issues. I dropped it off and I can only assume what was done while it was there. It was driving when I dropped it off so I guess they took it for a quick drive and since it seemed to be working they said nothing was wrong with it. I picked it up drove it about 10 miles and wouldn't touch it know it started acting up. So I took it to another shop and they called me later in the day and as expected the transmission is trash. Thanks for nothing Atkins. The 75.00 cash only that you charged to drive it around the block lost you a customer for life and will get you zero dollars from me or anyone I know.

Took my duallie had trans rebuilt after bebuilt it sits in garage most of the day ime hada little over 400 miles on it 7. Months later 1 month out of warranty reverse went out started slipping took it back girl in the office said out of warranty you will have to pay another 1800.00. To get it fixed. Ask to speek to ronald. Eas told he would get the message She never gave it to him. Bottom line we bought a transmission from jasper now truck is fixed. By the way we had been doing business with them ove 30 years and this is how we were treated.

Had them put a transmission in my 2010 chevy express 3500 they had me up and running in no time. They are very informative and work hard to make you happy. Thanks for all the hard work. I'm very pleased.

We came to Knoxville to escape Hurricane IAN! While we were here our transmission started acting up in our truck. I called Atkins & Sons and they got us in within the hour to diagnose our problem!
