Chip was over the top Amazing. I was dealing with a phone issue, and my anxiety level was over the top when I went in. Chip was very comforting in assuring me we could work through the problem. He had the patience of Job. Very knowledgeable in how to handle the phone issue. I highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone looking for a new phone.

I went in for assistance today with my current phone. I had 3 questions I needed to ask. I was talked over and not able to ask more than one question. The male associate needs training on active-listening & how to handle multiple customers and handling needs In order of arrival. Complete waste of time. Unprofessional and lack of training on customer service and understanding the needs of customers.

Customer service was great they were friendly, but everything has been a hassle since. Submitted everything as required for first net, didn't get approved for days. Went to corporate store, 1 hr later it was approved. Data on the network has been slow worse than straightalk and t-mobile. Now I got my bill, they added the cell phone insurance after I told them multiple times my credit card covers it. I have 6-8 hours of time wasted now dealing with corporate customer service. I now pay more, have slower data, and have to deal with this... should have stayed with my Walmart plan.

I went in to buy cases and screen protectors for two new phones. I was looking at some wireless earbuds, a rep named Raul uptalked some JBL earbuds, telling me Harmon kardon bought the company and they were good, if I tried them and don’t like, bring them back. So I bought them and hated them, brought them back 2 days later and told him I didn’t like. I noticed my refund was not the amy I paid so I asked? He said there’s a 15.00 restock fee, I said why didn’t you tell me this, I’d never have tried them out if I’d known I had to pay a restock fee he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. 10 years with T mobile and 100s of dollars spent each month on accessories and never a restock fee! I’ve been with ATT for 1 week and already regretting my decision. I may have a 3 yr contract with ATT but I will purchase all of my accessories from my T-Mobile store. Thanks Raul for showing me the face of ATT!

I don't dislike AT&T but I DO NOT recommend getting assistance at THIS store. I went in three times for help and was given a pamphlet each time with no instructions. I finally decided to call and close my account when someone actually explained in depth what I needed to do to fix my watch.I've also been in this store many other times over the last 2 years and the employees are not typically friendly and seem like they're just waiting to get off shift.(P.S. if you are thinking of switching I would recommend TMobile. The store not far from this one is super nice, accommodating, and explains everything and anything you would want/need to know. They'll also give you quotes of what you'll pay if you switch.)

Met with the Manager today because my husbands phone was on deaths door. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful! Not pushy at all on sales. We were so happy with the attention we received and will 100% be back when it’s time for me to upgrade!

Our rep was very respectful to us. His name is Jeremy and he never treated us as inferior. He answered all our questions with respect for our intelligence. He never tried to push us into a decision. We were given plenty of time to make our own decision. It was one of the best interactions we have had with a salesperson in a very long time. All of your employees should be trained to treat the customer with this kind of respect. We are seniors and often feel pushed or even ignored. Not with Jeremy.

Jeremy is a savant on fixing my issues that had me upset for the past week. He fixed my phone in record time less than 10 minutes,he is my hero.I was at the end of the rope ,and he came thru bigtime.

This location has some of the rudest most uncaring employees. When they first opened there was a lady there that knew what she was talking about and actually cared about AT&T customers... The ones that's there now don't give a flip about you or what you're going through with the company. They don't even want to help you just want to shrugg shoulders and say "I don't know what to tell you".
