“After a week long fight with Lowe’s trying to get a refrigerator delivered, I got a refund and took my business to American Freight. The service we received was phenomenal. We were able to get an amazing deal on a refrigerator, as well as a mattress, for much less than what we had paid at Lowe’s. We loved that they had so many options available in store and we were able to bring home a refrigerator that night. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so helpful in finding us what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning here for any future appliance purchases.”

“I purchased 5 gallons of 1 part Epoxy concrete paint at the Centerline Home Depot in Knoxville and had it colored.We decided the paint match didn't work so traveled back to store and was helped by Rodney Gifford and Gail N. They both took the time and studied the two Behr paint swatches and color already mixed and decided on adding additional color and they come out with a perfect match. “I went to Best Buy to purchase a phone as a gift. I had researched phones and was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I was looking for a model that wasn't on display. I was approached by an associate who explained the differences between the model I was looking for and the newer models on display. When I assured her I was wanting a feature on the older model and didn't care about the newer model's features, she offered a discounted open box or new in box. The warehouse quickly brought up the phone and they made sure I had everything I needed to go with the phone. Everyone was friendly and helpful.”
“Used appliances for half the price = half the risk.Willing to give this place a chance after being recommended to it by a friend. I have read enough reviews on buying new appliances of all brands that refrigerators costing near $1,000 lasting 18 months and new washers not going past 3 years (I recommend using a laundromat, I do). If purchasing a refrigerator from here I recommend defuzzing/degreasing the fins, fan / motor, and drip trays. For you DIY'ers looking to move appliances on your own, use the Uhaul 5x8 motorcycle trailer with grated ramp, makes it much easier to get a large item home, It can haul 3 refrigerators upright.”
