“Go here often and they almost always have what I need in stock and the customer service is always good.
The only critiques I have is - the cashier should default to sending an email receipt. There have been a couple of times now that I have check out and the cashier speeds through it and doesn't send the email receipt, which is my preference for record keeping.
Second, renting the work truck takes longer than it should. I have had to rent it multiple times, and each time I end up having to do all the paperwork. Why? It is 2025. First rental, yea. Paperwork. Second rental? Third? Should just be looking up my name, seeing it is done, and handing over the keys. It isn't just an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to the service reps. They seem to be the busiest people in the store, and the last thing they want to deal with is the dang truck stuff!”

“Used appliances for half the price = half the risk.Willing to give this place a chance after being recommended to it by a friend. I have read enough reviews on buying new appliances of all brands that refrigerators costing near $1,000 lasting 18 months and new washers not going past 3 years (I recommend using a laundromat, I do). If purchasing a refrigerator from here I recommend defuzzing/degreasing the fins, fan / motor, and drip trays. For you DIY'ers looking to move appliances on your own, use the Uhaul 5x8 motorcycle trailer with grated ramp, makes it much easier to get a large item home, It can haul 3 refrigerators upright.”

“The main item 2 items we went for showed in stock, but weren't there. So we had to order one for pick up and decided on another in store.
I took a look at the laptops and found one I wanted, a Chromebook, and it showed in stock. But they also could not find it. There ended up being a pile of them close to the register we checked out at but the employee didn't point them out. Same brand as the one I wanted and I had even said earlier I didn't mind which color. But I did end up getting one of those we saw by the register.
Other than that, our experience was good. The buying process was easy, as well as picking up the item we had to ship to the store.”
