Came into this store about a year ago to look for a dress to wear to a wedding. It was a weekday mid-day so the store was fairly quiet. I could tell the 2 lovely employees were eager to work and loved their job! They asked if I was shopping for a certain occasion and I let them know I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. They then inquired about my likes and dislikes, favorite color palettes, etc. and then proceeded to both start picking things out for me, even going as far as to include shoes and accessories! They then helped give opinions as I tried everything on. The customer service was top notch; I wish every clothing store was this helpful!

The selection is good and the staff are okay but they are very annoying! They have some system where whoever helps you gets some extra sum of money from your purchase which means that they try very hard to help you. I mean VERY hard. They stop you every couple of minutes asking if you need help with anything which I guess is fine but it's like every 2 minutes and I was just trying to look. They also ask you multiple times every 10 minutes if you need a changing room when you can obviously tell I am still looking. When you respond saying no they ask again "Are you sure?" Also when you are ready to get a changing room they come into the large space where the changing rooms are located. I was with my friend and when I came out to show her the skirt I found, one of the staff said, "I don't think that's for you" and then said "I wouldn't wear it with that shirt." I was wearing my tee shirt that I wore into the store and I wasn't going to walk out with just my bra. You shouldn't give unsolicited negative fashion advice to people. Overall really annoying experience.*Edit* Returned something a few days later, turns out the other staff was very nice! It was probably just 2 of the ladies working their previously.

Absolute best experience. I had a somewhat complex return situation and they made it so easy and went over and above. Alana was one of the most customer friendly people I’ve ever dealt with. From the point I came through the door she took care of every need I had. Helped me find a ring and earrings for my daughter. Customer service was second to none that I have ever had!!!

Purchased a soft fluffy type sweater this week. The Cashier rolled the sweater up as tightly as possible, taped the tiny bundle up and placed it in a small bag. When I removed the item it had creased and wrinkled the sweater and separated the fluffy areas in the sweater. I suppose I could pay to have the sweater dry cleaned to see if the damage could possibly be reversed, but that is ridiculous! Now I have to waste time to return the item that I spent quite a long time selecting. I purchased accessories as well, which were also rolled up with the sweater. There was no tissue around the accessories, they were just all rolled up and taped together like a pound of ground beef. I will return everything and shop elsewhere going forward. The items are too expensive and my money is too precious for this much aggravation. If you do purchase anything I suggest you fold it yourself and not let the young cashiers roll it into a small taped up ball that could damage your purchase. I recommend going to a store that treats your purchase with more respect.

Really loved the associates made me feel right at home, waited on me hand and foot. Taking my clothes into the dressing room and offered advice if I was feeling unsure about one of the outfits I was buying. It was first visit there and their clothing that could be seen passing by is what made me take a second glance. I goggled their hours and surprised they was open so I turned around to check them out. Immediately I was met with their spring dress collection and fell in love. They was having a buy 1 get 1 half off sale so I was happy to get a couple outfits.
After getting a couple dresses I went to the check out and to my surprise the total was just a little more than what I wanted to spend my first visit. One of which I couldn't believe was $50 for a pin up girl type plaid bra top. I can't say much cause I did want it and knew it wasn't on sale but you definitely get what you pay for there.
Overall though I was impressed but will only be shopping there as needed from now on for special occasions. However if you can afford it I say this is definitely a great place to look!

Always enjoy walking around this store and shopping very elegant and classy jewelry and clothes. Lovely ambience and arrangement of variety of patterns around the store. Their fitting room really makes you feel special and trying out clothes here is also a great experience( it definitely makes you buy the clothes).
