This was the worse company that I could have ever used! My daughter and I paid 1,100.00 dollars for absolutely nothing! The company moved us. They had no tape nor box cutters. I had to supply them with tape and scissors. Once they moved us they told us that it was their company policy to NOT remove plastic and boxes that they had taped up on our three televisions and bedroom furniture. Once everything was moved in. We had to go back to our old apartment and hire someone else to move our remaining items because they told us that they do not move large pictures that were taken off the wall. Bags of clothes, patio furniture, also boxes of kitchen and bathroom items! Even after calling the company the first time. I was told that they would have a talk with the guys! The second call that I made regarding the other items not being moved. I was told, sorry there is nothing we can do! THIS IS NOT OKAY! we did not finish ourselves until after midnight!

Everything that was promised was done. From being on time to packing and unpacking with care and helping to place heavy furniture. Steven did an excellent job.

After a horrible experience with the lady that gives you a quote, the manager contacted me, I got a new quote by a much nicer operator and they worked with me to get a price that was right. I do wish there was a little more communication on the final price but the manager was kind enough to explain and get it figured out for us. The moving crew was excellent, very nice, very efficient, and I would hire them specifically every time without a doubt. Great communication day of all around even when we had some hiccups and I am very pleased with the move. Shout out to Weston Tassell and the crew he put on the move, great job.

My experience with Johnnie, Ricky and Deair was awesome!! The guys were very nice, friendly and professional. They moved my entire warehouse and showed great care for my stuff. I can’t say enough about my experience with these guys, they made my day. I highly recommend them!!

We hired All My Sons Moving Company (Knoxville) on September 19, 2024, to load my truck for an out-of-state move, and the experience was, at best, average.
1. They charge a flat rate for the first hour of communication, which they disclosed beforehand. However, they failed to mention a $133.67 fuel charge, which was puzzling since we didn’t use their truck.
2. According to both their documentation and my own timing, the job took 3.25 hours, but I was charged for 3.75 hours due to a miscalculation, resulting in an overcharge of $100. I reached out about this, but never received a response.
3. Their honesty regarding materials used is questionable. They claimed we used eight rolls of tape, while we packed our entire home with just four. After they finished with our mattress, they insisted they used eight rolls. We checked our furniture and would be shocked if they used more than two.
4. Most importantly, many of our boxes were damaged during the out-of-state move because heavy boxes were placed on lighter ones. When we unloaded in the new state with All My Sons movers, they immediately remarked that the loaders didn’t know what they were doing.
5. As a side note, my husband attempted to help during the loading process, but some movers just chatted with him while he was doing the heavy lifting.
PS. Even though the branch office didn’t respond after my call, the corporate office reached out after this review and refunded us the $100 they overcharged.

Had the best experience with Dominick, Cam, Jo & Fabrice being our moving crew! They took a lot of stress off us and moving much less overwhelming. They were professional, timely, and kind. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I fully recommend All My Sons for your moving needs. We got quotes from several other competing companies in the Knoxville areas and they were the most cost efficient as well. Don’t hesitate in making All My Sons your first choice.

Nick, I think that is what he said his name was, I have the attention span of a squirrel when stuff is happening everywhere at one time and didn’t process everyone’s name. Regardless Nick and the whole crew of 5 were absolutely phenomenal!! They communicated well, was very professional, efficient with time, arrived when they said they would and took great care of our stuff. We truly appreciate the work they did especially having to carry things up stairs and over the balcony to get everything where it needed to go. I will always recommend this company and workers. The work crew were professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved all our personal home items especially the ones too heavy for us, into our home with care.
