Very nice person talks to much what was to be a 4 week wait on chair tuned into 8 weeks now 24 hours after delivery the chair broke of it’s not repaired in a week I will ask for a full refund I would not recommend this business

Nice, very talkative person. Handles medical equipment. Knowledgeable about products. Not transparent with charges for services or informing client of the cost of repairs needed. Any $85 call turned into $207 without informing me or asking if I approved that.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed a new wheel for my Rollator. They installed the new wheel and tightened my breaks too.

I walked in for a fitting ready to drop 5000 and the guy there just talked to my wife the whole time, he didn't even fit me. I left with all of my money and a sour taste. He wasted most of my day and then sent me home with the order form and no measurements. Don't waste your time here.
