Very nice person talks to much what was to be a 4 week wait on chair tuned into 8 weeks now 24 hours after delivery the chair broke of it’s not repaired in a week I will ask for a full refund I would not recommend this business

Nice, very talkative person. Handles medical equipment. Knowledgeable about products. Not transparent with charges for services or informing client of the cost of repairs needed. Any $85 call turned into $207 without informing me or asking if I approved that.

Very friendly and helpful. I needed a new wheel for my Rollator. They installed the new wheel and tightened my breaks too.
