Not a bad company at all just no structure everybody want to be a boss everybody nosy they know how much your check is before you get it because Mr Bob don't care he doesn't know how to talk to anyone he just an old grouchy man he do have a good heart but his mouth is just filthy he have workers that be stealing doing all kinds of weird things with the customers items I'm not going to expose too much every time I add up my check it doesn't add up right Mr Bob always hollering at me just I never see him hollering at anyone else just to remind you I'm the only black guy that work for him I try to respect him and be honest with him but I see a lot of things that goes on but I never say anything yes I smoke weed but that's not the case he got people work for him that do meth and other drugs he will hired anybody he will hire a killer and won't even know it I wish nothing but the best for the company because I see and hear a lot of funny things that going on all I can say they better straighten up I was a good worker he lost me n Austin in Austin was the muscle man Mr Bob always calling people stupid MFs like we just gotta take that just a angry old man sweet but bitter at the same have a blessed day great company but need lots of work n need to be organized

Don’t waste your money or trust your belongings to themThey were recommended by a storage company. Doubled the price quoted, when presented with the bill, even though it took them half the time and two of them did NOTHING but stand in our driveway smoking Bob said it was because “he sent extra guys because our house was so big” ?? They were only swapping two bedroom sets within the house and taking a few extra pieces of furniture to storage. Two of the four stood in our driveway smoking for the entire move. Lost our tv cord and remote even though I asked them to tape it together. Piled our fine furniture like it was a trash heap and scuffed our leather sets badly. Refused to wrap anything. Broke off the top of a plant. Refused to do almost anything asked of them. There was a tall older guy who smoked continuously with a younger smoker that looked like his son. He said he was second in command to the owner. Neither of them did anything but smoke in the driveway. Refused to take a couple pictures, because I had not “hired their packers”. It was just some extra furniture but for the couple pictures, why would we need packers? So they stood smoking and watching my housekeeper wrap and and box them, then he still refused to take them saying “ the truck door is already closed” like it’s an airplane? Why would you stand there and watch her wrap them if you weren’t going to take them? It was less than a quarter full. Refused to move a plant. Had a different excuse for refusing to do anything I asked. One guy, that they treated poorly, with a funny nickname, was they only one who tried to be professional and he did 90 percent of the work. We’re still coming across the costly effects of this poor choice of movers.

Owner of company would not drive his new truck up a hill. Abandoned the move the morning scheduled. Was rude and disrespectful. Left my necessary move unresolved on a holiday weekend with no alternative. Do not call this company.

Just a few pics of our 2,000 mile move from Affordable Movers, 10/2020.Ruined... the dents/scratches were caused by long term unsecured stacked furniture rubbing against another. They stated they would file a claim but several months later keep refusing to show me the claim. No insurance company has ever contacted us. BEWARE!!!Below pictures are deep gouges that are un-repairable., RUINED!!!Well over $2,500 in damages.They refuse to cooperate and will be taking them to civil court for resolution.

Affordable Moves Inc. just moved us from Illinois to Loudon County Tennessee and we are very pleased with the service we got from them. Communication was excellent and they arrived at both origin and destination exactly as promised. Pricing was also excellent and we had no damage at all. The crew was polite and accommodating and got in and out quickly. The best compliment I can give them is to say that I'd gladly use them again!

Nothing but a bunch of frauds and the workers are drug addicts a perfect beginner job for Recovering addicts or anyone who thinks Puerto Ricans Make Tamales SMH..They stiffed me out of a couple hundred dollars would recommend them at all...
