Affordable Auto sold my son a bad car he only had for two days and wouldn’t fix it and took his down payment and he worked hard to get a car to go back and forth to work. I stated he can get sued for selling a bad car and he stated there isn’t a lemon law here in Tennessee. So he’s a scammer do not buy from affordable auto and he doesn’t have a mechanic to fix your car. Your car will be rigged to run for a few days then beak down and you will have to fix it! Horrible scammers in business.

This is the worst place I have ever got a car from!! I had the car for one day and got up the next morning to take my son to school and all of the transmission fluid had leaked out of it and sent the car into Lemp mode. I called them and asked them if I could bring it over there for them to look at it a week later no update at all I called every other day just asking for an update or an estimated time of when it would be done because I was having to miss work because they had my car. He told me they just started working on it to call him back in 5 minutes I called 5 times after that every time he would ignore my calls so I texted the owner and asked him about it and he told me to call the office again I did and jeff told me to come get it now hes telling his mechanic to hold off and not do anything to it so I asked what is wrong with the car and he said they have to order some hoses for the car because they where missing them which should’ve been checked before even being sold. So I went and got the car and asked the mechanic can you explain to me what is wrong with it the mechanic said they never even touched it. So I paid to get it fixed myself and told them I will start paying next week since you guys had my car for a week and ignored every one of my call. The guy started calling me about the payment and I explained to him what I was doing and then hung up he started calling me multiple times trying argue so I didn’t answer him anymore then he literally started calling me from my wife’s phone number and my moms phone number idk if he hacked my phone or what but it’s was creepy asf. I went to the gas station later that day after all that happened and he came up behind the car with my wife and baby in and jerked the keys out of the engine and didn’t even barely give me time to get all of my stuff. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I would go anywhere besides this place. This is a warning for anyone trying to get a car here all they sell is lemon cars and they will scam you!!! The owner will block you on everything if you ask for a refund or a replacement car this is just a horrible place I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
