Ever since we applied for home loan via 21st Mortgage, there have been nothing but really good experiences and I feel the need to commend them on their helpful and efficient customer service. Shout out specifically to Anthony V, for being very respectful and proactive when it came to helping us out of a tough financial situation and helping us keep our account current.

My husband and I bought a beautiful home. But it has been a train wreck the whole way! 21 mortgage forced us to get rid of our paid home in order to receive our new home. We gave our home away on Nov 1 and received our new home on the 8th, it wasn’t set up until the 13th. It’s missing the ridge cap and we are waiting for the finishing crew. We are not allowed to move into our new home before the home is “finished “. I asked the mobile home dealership “MiCasa”, when will the finishers show up, they tell me (Abby and Lexi) that their obligations to us are finished. I called the bank to get some answers, they give me Lori Osborne’s number. I call a few times, no I’m not being patient anymore. When she finally answers me I am greeted with an attitude. I try to explain to her who I am and why I’m calling and who gave me her number, she tells me, “ I don’t know who Sara is, I’m in the middle of something, and why are you bothering me?!” And with that I hung up on her. I tried to speak with a manager, I got nowhere. Sara tells me that maybe she didn’t understand who I was! I told her it doesn’t matter! That’s NOT how you speak to customers! So my family and I have been staying in a pop-up since my old home was given away. So obviously Nobody cares. I’ve read other complaints about these women sitting on their high horse and being rude; and the responses are all the same. Don’t comment to me with your cookie cutter response.

Today Aaron assisted me with my question, quickly efficiently and politely. He was knowledgeable and I didn’t get transferred or move from one person to the next to get the info I needed. Some different than dealing with BMO where no one had the authority or knowledge to be helpful.
