I have a 2008 Ford F-150 standard shift. It suddenly developed a lot of play in the gear shifter. I called Poor Boys to see if they could look at it. They were booked up for about a week, but Greg told me what to check, and I found the problem. Easy to fix just by tightening the bolt that holds the gear shift onto the transmission linkage. It's working fine now and I just wanted to thank Poor Boys in Kingston for helping me out at no cost! These folks are great and a pleasure to work with!!

Took a car to Poor Boys that hadn't been driven/cleaned in years. They did a great job bringing it back to new. Did it quickly and well. Will definitely take any car I need detailed back!

Poor boys auto did a great job fixing our car. We had a thermostat issue. Addison had lied to us and told us that there was $4000 worth of repairs that needed, and he was honest and did not put the control arms in the swaybar links on that we were told we needed so he gets a five star of you and my book. God bless your brother.

Had my car detailed today, and it looked/smelled amazing when I picked it up! I'd actually received a gift certificate to have Poor Boys detail my car, and I'd highly recommend this as a gift. Great service, easy to schedule (I dropped it off the night before--a convenient key drop box is available), and the dog hair and smell was completely gone.

Greg is honest, fair, and lives by the motto "Right the First Time." He literally just finished working on my vehicle today after breaking down on me yesterday. He towed it in, kept me well informed with pictures and updates. This is not the first time that Poor Boys has taken care of my needs and definitely won't be the last!
