Been taking my furry girls here for 18 years. Family business. Absolutely friendly. I trust my veterinarians. They saved my baby Pekingese when she was so very very sick at 6 weeks. She lived a good 13 years when she wasn't expected to live 2 months. They know you and your fur baby by name and treat you like family!

I did not like this Vet, I got there and could not open the door because they had a painter inside with paint everywhere, and the vet came to door and said oh come on in.. I had an 85 lb dog , I could not take him in and let him get into all the paint buckets and other chemicals. I finally got him in and I had to put my dog on the weight machine myself and I wasn't allowed to go back with him while they examined him. I did not like that, and wish I had demanded to go back. I was told he got a shot but I did not see it given , I was given a few antibiotics, a small bottle of shampoo, and the bill was $400.00. OUTRAGEOUS! also the vet was not good with my dog and I could tell my dog did not like that man because he would not even go near him and he jumps on everybody and knows no strangers , but he wouldn't go around him , he had to be made to go with him into the exam room. I was terrified and regret ever taking him there , never again!! I had this horrible feeling from the 1st second I was there!!!

I wanted to post an update to my original review, my wife and I received a personalized letter from Dr. Simpson discussing our interaction and he was very sincere in his desire to make things right. I APPRECIATE him for taking time out of his bust schedule to address our concerns, due to his action he will ABSOLUTELY have our business going forward, THANK YOU for being responsive !!!! Look forward to our next visit !!!!I suggest finding anther vet clinic, the vet is very CONDESCENDING and talks to you like a child !!! Pricing is fair, but customer service is mediocre at best.

Dr Rob and Dr Kathryn definitely take care of my sweet girl. They are very kind each time I need to call. Dr Rob listens to what is happening with my Sadie Jo, and together we always work through the best treatment plan. Thank you Kingston Animal Hospital for the years of care you have given, and still give to my fur babies.

We are new patients of Dr. Simpson. We are currently living in Knoxville and building a home in Kingston, TN, having relocated from IL. Although I am not a fan of curbside only at this time (I’m a crazy cat mom), I appreciate that Dr. Simpson came out personally to pick up Tigger from the car and came out to speak with me face-to-face regarding Tigger’s plan of care. Kingston Animal Hospital clearly communicated their pricing, and pricing is fair. We look forward to Dr. Simpson taking care of all 5 of our cats…and eventually a dog once our house is complete! Thank you, Dr. Simpson!
