I had an appointment scheduled for 1 week and 1/2 that was cancelled the day before, then rescheduled for another 2 weeks after that. Went in and they didn’t have the correct amount of product. I don’t understand when you have an appointment made and in the book- how you do not have the product necessary for an appointment scheduled 4 weeks in advance.
