I would like to thank Dustin for his service. He is truly a kind, helpful, respectful man. I had to ride in the truck to the shop to get my car a new tire. He might not know it but even though I was having a terrible day and had been stranded for hours, he helped me feel so much better. I had been crying and feeling so hopeless and he just came in and saved the day. I’ll never forget this experience!

Recently, my husband experienced an unavoidable head-on collision that resulted in total loss of his truck. D&R Towing was very helpful to me after my accident. They took me to a hotel. Helped me get all my personal items out of my totaled vehicle and moved my belongings and my furry friend.

Last month, our vehicle blew a tire on a local highway in TN, on a Sunday, and all the mechanics nearby were closed. Ron from D&R picked up our call, came right away, put our car on his tow truck, and stayed with us until we found a place that could put a new special-sized tire on my vehicle. Ron was beyond being helpful, he made calls to inquire about the availability of the tires, and stayed with us until we found a shop that was open on Sunday. We really appreciate how professional and kind Ron was during the entire experience. This was my first ever Google review, I just want to send my recommendation to all the travelers out there, if you need towing service near Kingston, TN, give Ron a call. My car broke down in the middle of No Where Tennessee, as we were heading home from an amazing cruise to the Bahamas. This was a foreign area as we are from upstate NY. I called D and R and they were very prompt. Picked us up at the motel after grabbing my vehicle and brought us to the garage. The driver even stayed a bit to make sure we were taken care of. He was very friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned for us. Would highly recommend to anyone. I wish I could remember the drivers name as he was such a nice guy. Thank you D and R for taking care of us.

I want to personally thank Dustin and his people again. They went over and beyond. We were hit by an 18 wheeler 15 minutes from their shop. They drove us around in their personal vehicles, two days in a row to help us get to the rental car dealership so we could get back on the road. After a downpour of rain, I managed to get my dad's truck stuck in the mud of my flooded driveway. I was using the truck to haul off the trash..These guys were there in just a very short time and got the truck unstuck without any issues. They were so very nice and efficient. I just can't say enough good things about them. Will definitely use them again.
