They were very rude trying to push me to get a shot for my dog that was like 40$ I didn’t have and was rude bc I cudnt get it and then before I leave tells me I can go get the same shot elsewhere for 10$ snotty lady in there the doctor or veterinarian whatever but the other lady the receptionist was great and was very kind just watch out for the snotty vet Dr just saying I will not recommend to anyone

So far so good. I’d normally say it’s a bit pricey, but after going to and researching the others in my area, they’re quite reasonable in comparison. Is it less expensive if I drive 30 mins to another vet? Sure, but it’s not something I’d do outside of an emergency. That all said, the caregivers there are terrific. They seem to care and love animals very much.

Really professional people, and will call you after the treatment to check in on the PET. And ask if everything is okay. Everyone was friendly and happy to help! Highly recommended!

Wednesday, August 23, my 21 year old dog, his name was Puppy Dog, began to have a terrible seizure. I took him to his vets office, Good ole Ladd Landing Animal Clinic. I Made a big mistake, the useless piece of crap receptionist said the vet was gone to lunch and would NOT be back for an hour. My baby is still seizing and I'm begging her to call the vet, she only told us to take him somewhere else. I BEGGED for her to get him help, I couldn't stand seeing my baby in the pain. She refused and I took him to the vet on race street whom I begged again to help him to move on to heaven. She finally helped me and I thank her so much. My Puppy Dog was like a child to me! Thank God the receptionist at Ladd Landing didn't work for a child's physician. That child would have died. WTF are vets for if they won't cut their lunch break short to put a poor dying dog out of pain? I hope everyone reads this and takes a WARNING from it. If u love your 4-legged baby, find another vet.

I take my dog there because he was sick they charge me for two shots they did not give him driving home and he died
