Lauren and Ed are amazing people and I would recommend Pencils to everyone. Ed is an amazing computer Doctor! He recently installed a new hard drive to a work computer and managed to save all the Quick Bokks data! Definately saved us a huge headache!!

after my house burned down, my neighbor took my wedding dress here and they got everything out! no smell, no stains from the smoot.... perfect and it actually smells like a wedding dress!!! I was so happy and so impressed! Ed knows his stuff, he knew how to get the information off my hard drive!! all around good people, good place.
