We bought a 2020 freight liner M2. Flew from Galveston to TN. Davis was willing to pick us up from the airport but we already had a ride. Paper work was ready when we arrived. We were there maybe 15 minutes. Truck was washed and all shined up. Would buy again.

Bought new truck and had problems since they delivered it and couldn't get service people to call me back had to take to another wrecker service to get it fixed

SCAM SCAM SCAM- DO NOT USE THEMThis "Business" is pathetic and an embarrassment to the industry.Bill ( manager) charge me $550 per hour for 4 HOURS. Tow driver was dispatched at 3:20pm CST and reached the destination of the tow at 5:36pm CST and went 20 miles. When I asked Bill what the additional time was he for, he said " We started billing you from the initial call. " " we are also charging for the time it takes for the driver to pack up his tools and make it back to our yard". Their yard was only 23 miles away. He also charged me $337 for fuel. When I asked him to explain this charge, he said " we charge 15% of the total of the tow for the fuel. Not based on fuel used". The driver also threatened to take the truck when we initially asked about the charges, with a dog inside. The driver also charged my driver an additional $13 for me calling and asking about the charges.This is a pathetic company that is in the business of taking advantage of people.My company will never use any branch of theirs and we are telling everyone we know not to use them. Which includes 15k drivers with one quick text message.

I know everyone has a right to there own opinions, the staff is Very Knowledgeable. They will try to take care of your needs the best they can. Only place I know of that will build Wreckers with the customer in mind. They cater to them the way no one else has. Come by and see them. They will treat you like family.
